Asked for ground floor but ended up on the first floor having to negotiate stairs. As we are seniors that made it difficult.

Pros:

The staff were nice and kind, the room is fine and has typical wear and tear but it wasn’t too bad. Location is great, only a 5min walk to Ardeer station and around 20mins to CBD from there.

Happy to stay again.
Pros:

Staff were exceptional, very helpful and easy to talk too, always with a smile, rare these days. Food was delicious and affordable, plenty to choose from. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and was an excellent price.

Cons:

Unfortunately most venues have to still cater for the few who still smoke, the smell sneaks into the sports bar which can be off putting. Same happens everywhere the have dedicated smoke areas. I'm sure staff hate it too. Ban smoking all together I say.

Pros:

THE Staff were amazing! We requested for a microwave and it was arranged immediately after our request, as I have a child to warm up the milk.

A little sweet Easter present was kept while I was back in the room for my kid, which was the sweetest gesture by the staff. Everything was lovely!

No complaints at all!

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Excellent place to stay. Very clean, well played out accommodation. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Tea coffee etc provided. Great restaurant and bar serving well good meals.
