Reasonably priced hotel near many amenities.
Pros:

Quiet accommodation that is close to conveniences such as grocery stores, restaurants and malls. You can access these places in 10 minutes or so. The room did not feel cramped but very hot at night. We had to adjust the thermostat constantly. Otherwise, staff very pleasant and accommodating.

Cons:

The bathroom light kept flickering and refrigerator did not have a working ice maker. There was no soap dish on the bathroom vanity and no dish soap in the kitchen.

Pleasant stay as always
Pros:

This was the second time we stayed. We stayed in the same franchise in between but it was not the same, this specific one in Bridgewater is quite pleasant with friendly and helpful staff (especially the breakfast lounge staff), good breakfast, nice gym. The room is spacious and clean. Good enough space for kitchen / cooking.

Cons:

You need quarters to use the laundry machines - for one round of 2 dollars you need obviously 8 coins :D Not very convenient, but the front desk staff always help you to change the bills into coins.

Hotel took our reservation but didn't know how to fulfill the reservation. We went elsewhere.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

We made a reservation for 3 nights well in advance of our trip. As a handicapped individual, I requested a handicap access room on the first floor OR as near to an elevator as possible. What we were offered was a room on the 2nd floor that was as far from an elevator as possible, no exaggeration. We had to go down the full length of a hallway on the first floor, take the elevator up, then walk down the full length of another hallway, turn and walk the full length of yet another hallway. Felt like I was the brunt of a Jerry Seinfeld monologue about reservations ("You know how to TAKE the reservation, but do you not know how to FULFILL the reservation?") We typically used this hotel when we visit family in the area, but never again - Hilton has lost us as a customer, period. Thankfully Booking.com was able to secure an alternative hotel for our stay.

Green, unsuitable for swimming pool
Pros:

Booked the hotel to celebrate my daughters 12th birthday for a pool party & sleepover. Had a nice 2 bedroom suite which was clean.

Cons:

The pool was green, thick dark green. I was not notified of an issue with the pool upon check in. I was told when I reported the issue to the desk staff that the pool was closed yesterday, but was ok today. It’s clearly (not clear) ok for swimming. I got a shoulder shrug from the desk staff. That was the solution. There was no solution.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Javier was exceptionally kind & courteous. Although most of our concerns were out of his control he demonstrated sincere remorse on the establishments behalf. Kudos to Javier 👏

Cons:

Upon arrival we were told the fire pit was broke but would be fixed in am. That same evening we were told the TV in the lobby/ lounge area was broke as well. Traveling with a baseball team and unable to watch the world series together as planned. The next day we were informed the fire pit was looked at by a sub contracting company who ensured it was fixed but didn't communicate with company maintenance staff before leaving who identified it's not igniting. The woman working the front desk Saturday morning has no customer service skills. Upon asking if one of our incoming families had any chance of an adjoining room with any one of the multiple families already on site, she appeared stunned and confused. Pushed back and shut down at all costs. Didn't even want to pretend to try to accommodate. Just a flat NO, Then literally said NEXT, can l help you, to the guy behind us. She couldn't explain the TV situation either. Or didn't care to.

The worst hotel ever!
Pros:

This hotel was disgusting. It smelled and dark all over. The carpets looked like they had not been cleaned since put in years ago. The rooms had a terrible odor as did the elevator which they tried to cover up with deodorizer spray. The light in the room were low power and the ac units were wall on the floor units. To top it off I was bitten by spiders in a few areas of my boy. When I complained and showed the front desk lady, she replied ." Well you have to understand this a wooded area and spiders are around". She dismissed me completely. I would stay far and away from this property!
