Good but disappointed

Pros:

Perfect location for our Royal Caribbean cruises.
Hotel very clean, gentleman in front desk very helpful and knowledgeable. Pool area was great! They have shuttle to pier and you can leave your car at hotel.

If I come back to that area I will stay, there again.
Pros:

I liked most everything about hotel, the staff, pool with a bar. The information about the area was very helpful, I think his name was Larry.

Cons:

but the ceiling fan would not shut off and both me and my wife got with a stuffy head.
room service was unable to fix the problem. I was told there was nothing they could do.
