Clean, everything was convenient. Easy to get to our cruise. Very smooth transition from the hotel to the port. Will recommend to family, and will stay again.

Imaginez un hôtel où vous rentrez dans votre chambre avec des cartes qui ne fonctionnent jamais (je dis bien jamais). Nous avons dû attendre jusqu’à 30 minutes que quelqu’un viennent nous ouvrir. Et c’était quasiment à chaque fois (parfois 10 minutes pour ouvrir). Nous avions deux chambres et cela a été la même chose pour les deux chambres.

Hotel very clean, gentleman in front desk very helpful and knowledgeable. Pool area was great! They have shuttle to pier and you can leave your car at hotel.

They gave my room away even though I confirmed my stay and I had to go to a more expensive hotel with out breakfast. We arrived at 12:30am to no room available
