Friendly competent staff makes this place a real winner.
Pros:

Without exception that staff were all friendly, pleasant ands helpful. The staff obviously is well trained in customer relations. The breakfast also was considerably better than most places where complimentary breakfast is provided. They also had a nice light meal feature on Wednesday night that also is complimentary. The fitness room was well equipped.

Cons:

No real complaints, which is unusual for me!

Pros:

Excellent location. The staff was very polite and gave us tips on the upcoming activities, to include the launches. I would stay in this facility again, if I returned to this area.

Cons:

Coming from Europe, I was extremely concerned about the use of plastic. I didn't like the plastic, knives, forks, spoons and plates use for breakfast. I guess this is an American way of life.
