Instead they are giving normal water which I didn't like.we r giving a price for the stay n this is the least they cud do that.rest everything is gud

Vị trí tốt, gần cầu rồng.

Cons:

Nhân viên ngơ ngáo từ lễ tân tới buồng phòng. Buồng phòng mở cửa vào dọn vệ sinh trong khi trong phòng có người. Bấm chuông xong không bao nhiêu lâu là vào luôn, khách không có thời gian mặc quần áo. Rất bực mình, đây là vấn đề nhạy cảm. Khách sạn không có tấm biển không làm phiền để treo trước cửa. Dưới sảnh chờ của khách sạn thì ly nước trà bẩn, hằn dấu son của khách trước, ly không rửa hoặc rửa ẩu nên mới vậy. Không quay lại vào lần sau.

A great location with amazing food around
Pros:

The location is steps from the best restaurant in town, the view of the dragon bridge from balcony was incredible. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet

Overall it was great value for money staff were excellent and very attentive. The day spa in the building was excellent

Shower was small and you could barely fit and close the shower door. Shower rose was nearly falling off wall.

Noisy
Pros:

This was our second stay and we were okay. We were informed ahead that we will be staying in a room without a window, which is fine because it was just a one night stay.

Cons:

Unlike our first 2 nights where we were given a room on the 8th floor, this time it was on the second floor which has more rooms. What we didn't like was the noise. We don't mind not having a window but our rest and sleep were disrupted by very noisy guests from other rooms. They were mindlessly slamming their doors, talking loudly and moving along the corridors as if they were the only guests. Not to mention the cleaning staff were noisy as well because unfortunately our room was near the storage room. We spent the next day having a slight headache from disrupted sleep. I hope the management can do something about this by posting signage or notice for all guests to keep quiet and be mindful of others.
