Pros:

We were charged for 2 deluxe rooms and one deluxe but not beach front for a total of 4 millions but when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist was not aware of our booking and gave us 3 wooden rooms which were 3 times less expensive. They didn't want to refund the difference which is unacceptable. TO AVOID. Except that the hotel was totally empty and the all structure not well maintained.

BAIT N SWITCH.
Pros:

Bait and switch. They charge one price on Hotels.com then hold your passport until you pay exorbitant fee. They said free breakfast but only would give to about half of our group. Original price on H.com was good but after all extra fees price doubled. Could have stayed in real resort for the same money. Then they wanted to charge my friends that traveled by bus to visit $100,000. Vnd each to enter

Pros:

Their price doubled after all of their hidden fees that they do not inform you about until the end. BUYER BE AWARE.

Pros:

We booked 4 rooms and paid in advance. In morning they denied many in our group breakfast, said they would have to buy. Then when checking out they billed me additional $2mm vnd. Said had to pay for extra people, I would have had no problem with this if informed up front. Their charges for people exceeded what it would have cost to purchase additional rooms.
Then some of my friends came over to visit and were told they had to PAY $100,000. Vnd each to visit me. We would have been there drinking resort beer and eating resort food. Very narrow minded thinking.
