Great location.
Pros:

Location, comfy bed.

Cons:

No toilet push shower! Very embarrassing for those who are used to using the push shower like us.

Pros:

Great location. Tucked away in a hidden alley close to Nanjing Road. Our Premium Queen room was spacious and well equipped. The reception area is cute.

Cons:

We wanted to request an early checkin. When we called up they said they didnt speak English and hung up before we could get the Translation working. We emailed the request in English and Chinese but didn't get any answer. When we arrived at 9am there was no possibility for an early checkin yet but they did mind our bags for a few hours until a room was ready.

Location. Very near to people's Square.

Cons:

Language. Difficult to talk to the Hotel staff as they only communicate through Chinese. But there was a lady in the reception who can understand little bit but she is smart enough to handle the guests. So, finally it didn't cause any big issue.

The only thing I was not happy about was the wifi. It did not work at all even though the wifi was connected.
