Pros:

Location. Very near to people's Square.

Cons:

Language. Difficult to talk to the Hotel staff as they only communicate through Chinese. But there was a lady in the reception who can understand little bit but she is smart enough to handle the guests. So, finally it didn't cause any big issue.

Location was great. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
The only thing I was not happy about was the wifi. It did not work at all even though the wifi was connected.

Pros:

Удобное расположение прямотв центре города, недалеко от набережной Вайтань.
Если у вас очень длинная пересадка в Шанхае, то выгоднее доехать до этого места, чтобы переночевать и прогуляться по центру города, чем оставаться в отеле Аэропорта Пудонг.

Cons:

Это только ночлежка. Удобства и комфорт достаточно посредственные. В отеле чисто, персонал сносно говорит на английском языке.

Localización bastante buena, cerca del Bund y el centro en general. Personal amable y posibilidad de dejar el equipaje en recepción después del checkout para hacer turismo.

Cons:

Las instalaciones no son espectaculares, y en mi caso, había insectos en la habitación (primero solo en la ducha, luego en las paredes del salón e incluso en la cama). Muy desagradable.
