ما يردون على تلفونات و بوفيه ما ينزل ب وقت

نتصل عليهم من هاتف الغرفه محد يرد و فطور مفروض ينزل ساعه 6 رحنا 6:45 ما نزل فطور بس بعدين موظف جاب لنا من داخل فول و بيض 4/10 يعني إذا ابي اي شغله كنت انزل تحت عند اسقيال ما يردون على هاتف الداخلي

Worst experience ever

My experience was terrible
I check in at 9 PM. And paid more than I was supposed to pay (261SAR instead of 216SAR) Got the room without the extra bed I asked for. And then at 4 AM I woke up because the AC stopped working.
They moved me to a smaller cheaper room (Junior room)
Where the bathroom floor was wet and dirty.. used towels and used shampoo bottles thrown on the floor.
And the hallway smelled so bad
I called the receptionist he told me This is the room they can provide since I'm checking out in a few hours and I only needed to sleep!
They were so rude. And the experience left me, and my family so angry and sad.
Worst experience I had in a hotel!
