Kesinlikle 5 yıldız bir otel değil, oda kapıları çok ağır ve sabit durmuyor, yatak başı yerine tahta platform yapmışlar, odaların şekilleri de bir acayip, kahvaltıda sadece kruvasan ve omlet yiyebildik, küçük bir otel en fazla 3 yıldızlık, akşam yemeği baya lezzetsizdi.

Pros:

While the property was very nice it was our concierge, Paola, who really made it special. She was quick to set up everything from restaurants, transfers and tours. She was always there to address any question or concern. Means a lot in a city such as Barcelona where there is always so much going on.

Cons:

Really nothing except rooftop could have longer hours

Wir waren zum 3. Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Die Zimmer sind super sauber und ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls ausreichend und sehr schmackhaft. Die Lage gefällt uns sehr gut. Nach einem aufregenden Sightseeing-Tag kann man prima den Pool inkl. Bar auf dem Dach genießen. Wir kommen wieder.

Comfortable hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel that was centrally located. The beds were ok but once I made use of the pillow and sheet options (pillow top and Egyptian count sheets) the bed was amazing. Close to metro.

Cons:

In my opinion, I think the beds should come with the pillow top and Egyptian count sheets.

AMAZING!!! Truly a 5 star hotel.

Exceptional stay — truly five-star service

I honestly cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the beautiful facilities to the location and, most importantly, the incredible staff, everything about my stay was exceptional.

Unfortunately, I sprained my ankle while I was in Barcelona, and the way the hotel staff looked after me went far beyond what I would ever have expected. They immediately helped me with ice, assisted me in finding a hospital, arranged a taxi to take me there, and checked in on me every day afterwards to see how I was doing. They continued providing ice whenever I needed it and were genuinely kind, attentive and concerned throughout. When I was unable to make it downstairs for breakfast because of my ankle, they even accommodated my complimentary breakfast in my room. That level of care and hospitality made such a difference during what could otherwise have been a very stressful experience.

The hotel itself is absolutely five-star. The facilities are beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. The location is also fantastic — close to Barcelona’s designer shopping, surrounded by plenty of great restaurants, and in an area where I felt very safe and comfortable.

What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the service. The staff made me feel genuinely cared for rather than simply looked after as a guest. Their kindness and attention turned an unfortunate situation into one of the things I will remember most positively about my trip.

This was hospitality at its very best. If I return to Barcelona, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Truly top tier and deserving of every one of its five stars. Highly, highly recommended.
