Epitome of Customer Service Excellence
Pros:

Booked as part of a package once we disembarked Cunard's Queen Victoria in Barcelona, the Hotel Ohla Eixample is fabulously well situated and provides accommodation and service worthy of its 5 * rating.
A stay at any hotel in the world can be comfortable but it is the staff and service that make any stay memorable.
The service team at Ohla Eixample epitomised complete excellence in the delivery of customer service. From our initial engagement upon arrival with Mohamadou and his fabulously happy outlook on lifevto checking in with Igor and Marcos, we could not have asked for more in the way of engagement, professionalism, courtesy and charm. These guys - with their colleagues - addressed every request and managed any concern that we had - with regard to transportation - with complete dedication.
As for the accommodation, our room was a standard Double with walk in shower; plenty of storage space and virtually no extraneous noise to disturb our stay. The bed was supremely comfortable which was totally conducive to a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was available uni the spacious Xerta Restaurant area and offered an excellent selection of hot and cold food, fruit, cold meats, pastries etc......
If you have the opportunity to stay at Ohla Eixample, please grab the opportunity with both hands - our thanks to Igor, Marcos and the Team for all that did for us. We were very sorry to leave ;-)

Gute Betten mit ordentlichen Matratzen.

Cons:

Viel zu teuer für das Standardangebot, das geboten wurde. Bei 5* erwarte ich etwas mehr Luxus und Extras.
Die Zimmer sind OK, aber haben Industriecharme ohne wirklich Charme zu haben...

Pros:

Posizione eccellente così come l’accoglienza, la pulizia e i servizi. Anche l’ampiezza della camera non è un elemento da sottovalutare.

Cons:

La camera era veramente bella nonché ampia nuova e moderna ma spesso quando si esagera nella modernità si perde veramente molto in praticità. Bagno a vista completamente in camera neanche i vetri di separazione. (Solo wc a parte) domotica estrema che non consente di accendere o spengere la singola luce pertanto se uno dei due deve semplicemente lavarsi i denti deve accendere tutta la camera e svegliare l’altro.
