Really enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable and good location
Pros:

Spacious bedrooms, clean, helpful staff

Cons:

The lifts were slow and one was broken, the rooftop bar was expensive and limited menu, I thought it was a restaurant but more like a snack bar

A truly moneys worth five star experience
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely magnificent! Enjoyed every moment a truly 5 star experience! The staff was very friendly, the room was bigger than expected with all the amenities you need.

作为米其林一星的xerta餐厅的工作人员，服务态度冷淡、早餐点单非常慢，退房那天因为要7:20去机场，我们提早6:50退了房，到餐厅门口，负责接待的那位服务员，冷冰冰的说七点开门，然后就让我们自己在门口站着干等，到了七点也是我们自己去问她可以进去了吗、才让我们进去……同样也是一直不来给我们点单，到最后我们时间差不多了才慢慢的走过来问一下，可是我们已经没有时间了，我们俩也住过不少的五星级酒店，来西班牙几次也是自己全程包车和司机旅行的，从来没有遇到过这样的情况，当然这样的酒店，我们也不想再来了，哪怕装修再好！我认为他们的工作态度对不住酒店门上挂的星星。

Wonderful Stay in Barcelona
Pros:

Loved my experience here. Clean room upgraded to a beautiful front view. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Awesome rooftop terrace with bar and pool. Perfect location on a safe quiet street that is also close to everything. Looking forward to staying again!

The staff at the Ohla Eixample were dedicated to detail. Front desk staff maintain a high degree of service 24/7, with assistance beyond our expectations. The breakfast included at the hotel is exceptional in both ambiance, service and food. The location was also excellent
