Chic, doch in unseren Augen nicht ohne Mängel

Das Personal war freundlich und
sehr aufmerksam. Es gabe eiine Flasche Rotwein, ein Begrüssungsschreiben und Pralinen zur Begrüßung.
Eine Reklamation wurde umgehend und super freundlich bearbeitet. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und für spanische Verhältnisse opulent. Es gab Sekt und viele Säfte, der Orangensaft war frisch gepresst und man konnte sich diverse Eierspeisen frisch zubereiten lassen.
Von der Dachterrasse hatte man einen tollen
Rundumblick und gab es einen Pool zum Bahnen schwimmen, Tische, Stühle und sehr bequeme Liegen.
Die Betten waren superbequem.
Die gesamte Austattung war konsequent minimalistisch und sehr modern.
Wasserflaschen, Kaffeekapseln und Teebeutel wurden täglich kostenlos ergänzt. Abends gab es einen Betthupferl.

Cons:

Ich habe offensichtlich die Zimmerbeschreibung nicht genau gelesen und die Fotos der Zimmer nicht genau betrachtet. Mir gefallen Badezimmer im Zimmer nicht, Da hätte ich gern mehr Intimität. Ein Doppelzimmer mit nur einem Sessel und einem Hocker als Sitzgelegenheiten finde ich mehr als dürftig. Bettvorleger am Abend wären auf dem gestrichenen Betonfussboden wünschenswert gewesen.
Die Fenster waren verriegelt, auf Wunsch sofort entriegelt, doch bei jeder Zimmerreinigung erneut verriegelt.
In die separate Toilette unsrres ersten Zimmers musste man sich hineinquetschen (Kleidergröße 46)

Cons:

Built directly over underground train so entire building subtle shaking & swaying making sound sleep impossible. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. Very poor value for the high price. I will never stay there again

The staff at the from desk was excellent, but the hotel did not meet expectations.

I liked the terrace.

Cons:

I really disliked the electrical system in the room, all part of the same switch. I like to leave a light on in the bathroom at night which was not possible. I had to put a pile of towels on the floor to keep the bathroom door slightly open to be able to see the where the toilet was. I would recommend a separate switch for the bathroom.
My room was never cleaned while I was there. The housekeepers knocked on the door while I was on the phone working. I asked them to return in 20 minutes which they did not do. I would recommend a better selection of fruit for breakfast.

A top level experience in accommodation, food, and service.
Pros:

I’m not sure where to start. This hotel lived up to a high level experience. I arrived at the hotel early due to an early morning arrival from the US. Not only did the staff get me into my room 5 hours before checkin, but they gave me a free upgrade to their premier suite. Then, if that was not enough, they left a bottle of wine with a hand written note. So impressive. While I waited for them to get my room ready they held my luggage and escorted me, with cafe, to the rooftop lounge (with exceptional views of the Barcelona cityscape). When they came back to get me and take me to my room, they had already placed my luggage in the room. I had my breakfast included which I’m glad I did because the assortment and quality was exceptional. I also took advantage of their spa service with the 1.5 hr Ohla Experience massage and facial treatment. I highly recommend. I felt relaxed and fantastic after. I truly could go on and on about this Ohla hotel. What I will say is that I would stay there again!

Heel lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Goede kamers met goed comfort. Héél vriendelijk personeel. Tamelijk goed gelegen. Tamelijk rustige omgeving.

Cons:

Fitness center, bepaalde toestellen waren niet aangesloten en konden niet gebruikt worden. Het Japans restaurant bestaat niet meer. Ik was opgesloten in een toilet dicht bij de lobby en kon er niet uit zonder hulp van de onderhoudsdienst. Ze kenden het probleem maar hadden nog geen affiche laten plaatsen dat deze toilet niet meer gebruikt kon worden.

Hôtel bien situé car il est dans le centre; pour visiter c'est un bon point de départ, le métro est juste à côté ainsi que les navettes de bus; super petit déjeuner; chambre agréable; le nettoyage de la chambre est impeccable; le rooftop est magnifique

Great Hotel in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Great hotel located in the heart of attractions we wanted to visit and were able to walk to from the hotel. Large rooms and great service. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience!
Pros:

We had such a great experience at this hotel. From the moment we checked it to when we checked out. As soon as we got in, they offered us a wet towel to clean our hands, and a complimentary drink. Their device was always amazing. Focusing even on the smallest details. It’s in a great location, walking distance from beautiful Barcelona neighborhoods. The breakfast is worth it, a lot of selections. The rooftop is also beautiful. They also offer parking (for a fee) if you decide to rent a car.
