Very fine location and excellent breakfast.
If you wanna have dinner here though, retaurant closes at 8.00 o'clock, which I found a bit weird.
Nice hotel overall but the room was a bit bare and outdated and no proper curtains or window frames so you'd wake up with the first lights of the day.
Expensive parking.

Great stay, hotel is located on Mill Island about 6-7 minutes walk from the market square in the old town. Room was clean and quiet, breakfast was decent & check in/out was quick & easy.

Lovely location by the river and so close to the old town square. Rooms were clean and good.

Although the staff was nice and the hotel seems well maintained, I spent 2 dreadful nights because of 2 major downpoints: first, the temperature in the room was high and there is no AC, just a small and noisy fan; second and worse, there are no opaque curtains, only very thin translucid covers which let inside all the light (it was June 21st, the worst day possible). Another downside is the non-existence of powerplugs close to the bed. The location of the hotel is great, but I’m not staying here again unfortunately.

Would be good to have adjustable shower head holder to have handsfree shower.

W hotelu byłam jedną dobe,ale to wystarczyło aby zobaczyć że w hotelu jest bardzo czysto,miła obsługa i smaczne śniadanie. Szczerze polecam,bo hotel jest też w świetnej lokalizacji.Często bywam w tym mieście, ale Bydgoszcz z zadbaną wyspą, rynkiem pozytywnie mnie zaskoczyła.

Hotel zlokalizowany jest w centrym miasta, tuż przy rynku. Obsługa była bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Pokoje przestronne i czyste, łóżko wygodne. Atutem jest ponadto piękny widok z okien hotelu. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Polecamy

Bardzo do ty hotel, w znakomitej lokalizacji

Pokoje malutkie i niezbyt czyste, brudny prysznic i pełno pajęczyn za oknem. Skromne śniadanie podawane do stolika, tylko dwa plasterki wędliny i sera i mało pieczywa. Obiady w restauracji smaczne i bardzo sympatyczna obsługa:)

Pyszne śniadanie, wygodne łóżka, czysto ale kilka rzeczy trzeba odnowić (dziura w drzwiach, tynk na ścianach)

Idealna lokalizacja do tego bardzo oryginalna.

Super lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadanie, skromnie, ale czysto i schludnie. Polecam!

The hotel is in great location. Just what you want in the center of the city. The hotel staff was nice and friendly. There was not any problems when we ask to change the room. The previous room had soup dispenser broken and need bit of TLS to be done .

Beautiful location on the canal. You can rent a boat at the hotel and enjoy the view of the old town from the water. Hotel is located in the middle of the old town and close to restaurants and bars. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast at the hotel is legendary. Restaurant at the property serves very tasty dishes and while eating al fresco you may enjoy the view of the water. I would recommend it to everyone

Något slitna rum med små sängar.
Ingen air-condition, bara en liten fläkt, väldigt varmt i rummet.
Liten frukost.
Läget var jättebra, direkt vid kanalen och nära till centrum.
