청결도. 개미 등 벌레가 많고, 화장실과 침실에 곰팡이가 엄청 많으며, 화장실을 통해서는 외부의 음식점 음식 냄새가 들어온다.

Pros:

とにかく立地が良くて安い。この値段で部屋にはペットボトルの水も置いてくれていた。冷蔵庫、エアコン、扇風機も設置されていた。

ホイアンのホテルをチェックアウト後ダナンで買い物などをするために、夜のダナン発のフライトまでの荷物置きと休憩に利用したため宿泊はしていません。

Cons:

安さを考えると設備の古さは仕方がないが、シャワーブースの排水口、扇風機にホコリなどの掃除が行き届いていなかったのが残念。
リバービューとなっているが川に面して建っていないので、窓から覗き込むとチラッと見える程度だった(今回重視してなかったので問題はないけれど)

Pros:

The room was spacious for the 3 of us. They provide us also clean towels everyday and bottled water. It is walking distant to the cheapest market for suvenirs and sweets (I forget the name) and lots or local foods nearby. If you want to chill at night, there is walking distant bar near the hotel. Another thing is there near salon where you can go and relax. We highly recommend "TRUONG VU HAIR SALON". Contact number 0398673415. You can also check his FB page. They are all professional specially the owner Truong. Surpassed my expectations considering their prices are low compared to others. If I will return to Danang Vietnam, I will definitely go to Truong Vu Hair Salon again. To avoid scam and have a safe trip, call Tam (whatsapp no. +84933250933), he is the best and trusted guide we've met. He will show you the best spots, locations and foods in Danang.

Cons:

Accesibility of the elevator is not 24 hrs so be ready to carry your luggages or bags and walk up around 15 steps maybe. The aircon is not that cold but they provide electricfan but still a little bit hot in the room.

Pros:

We were able to check in earlier than the specified check in time. Check in was smooth and the room is big enough for two people. Amenities were provided but the property is a bit worn out. Bed is comfortable and clean. There are tables and chair/sofa as well. Location is accessible and near Han Market.

If you just need a place to stay for the night, this would be fine but don't expect too much.

Bathroom door is broken.

Exceptional
Pros:

Just some steps to Pink church and Han market. We enjoyed some days in one of the most beautiful place in Vietnam. The hotel location in the flower street where you can feel the traditional culture in the morning.
There is a very good coffer shop on the ground of hotel. There are many choice for food around.
