Le problème au niveau d’Internet je l’espère bien que c’était la panne le jour là si ça se répète, ce n’est pas bien, je n’ai pas pu travailler sur Internet car y avait pas wi-fi le jour là
Autre chose, j’étais obligé de payer 0,90 € sur place pour les Taxe et pourtant ça figurait sur ma facture je l’avais payé et j’avais montré à la personne qui était sur la Reception que j’ai payé mais il a insisté. J’ai dû payer 0,99 € ce n’est pas beaucoup mais c’est embêtant quand même.
Desayuno y restaurante espectacular
La ubicación es muy bonita, se tarda un poco en subir hasta el hotel, pero las vistas y la zona son preciosas. Durante la estancia calló una tormenta y no pude disfrutar tanto de la piscina como de la naturaleza de alrededor. Volveré si puedo. Me gustaría destacar al personal que fueron de mucha ayuda y muy atentos.
El acceso es complicado si vienes muy cargado. Podrían dejar acceder con el coche hasta la entrada, además estaba lloviendo y el suelo muy mojado

Pas de stationnement, on nous a proposé en supplément chambre avec jacuzzi. Prestation très moyenne, ménage bâclé, poils et cheveux dans le lit, beaucoup de poussière , mobilier vieillissant la chambre qui sentait très très fort la cigarette….. manque d’équipement, décoration, agencement à moderniser trop cheap au vue du tarif…. Ça ressemblait à une love room bas de gamme. Extinction du jacuzzi à 22h. Lors de votre arrivée on vous présente la carte car vous devez impérativement choisir ce que vous allez manger et réserver votre créneau horaire…. Trop de règles alors que nous souhaitions prendre notre temps…. Un conseil mangez à l’extérieur…. Nourriture correcte… Heureusement le petit déjeuner était bien.
La veu du balcon de notre chambre burc.....il faut s attendre a une vue comme montré dans la photo.

The outdoor space, pools, staff amazing!
No complimentary mineral water in the bedrooms. No hotel bedroom fridge. A lot of stairs, not too much of a problem but would have been nice to know or a lift installed.
No hand wash in the bathroom or shower gel. But hand wash or a bar of soap should have definitely been provided.

Fuimos por como se veía en Instagram y booking pero al llegar y ver la piscina totalmente sucia el agua verde cuando en las fotos aparece azul quedamos muy decepcionadas .

WORST HOTEL! We went for my husband’s 40th and you couldn’t pay me to go back worst holiday of my life I ended up leaving 2 days early and they wouldn’t refund us anything rude obnoxious staff the place needs closing down!

El horario de la piscina hasta las 20h me pareció muy muy justo. Había muchísimos mosquitos. La cena se tenía que elegir antes de las 19h y la accesibilidad al hotel horrorosa... curvas, lejos y luego muchísimas escaleras sin ascensor.
