I stayed at other Holiday Inn Express locations that were very clean and refreshed. This location was disappointing.

The bathroom needed updating. Caulking and tile had old mildew stains. Shower drain cover was not attached to the drain and was placed halfway over the drain. Shower head was so high on the wall I couldn't reach it to adjust. I am 5'2".
There was an old, dirty side table in the room.
Breakfast both days had no yogurt available despite a refrigerator labeled "yogurt".

I had an excellent stay at this hotel.
Pros:

The People were courteous and very helpful.

Cons:

I liked Everything about this place. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel offered cleaning service every day, though I didn’t need it.
