​On the positive side, the cleanliness was impeccable, which is always the highest priority. The linens were fresh, and all necessary facilities (hot water, Wi-Fi) were consistently reliable. For guests seeking a comfortable, well-maintained place to rest after a day of exploring, this spot does the job perfectly. The staff were present and professional, ensuring a very quick and efficient check-in and out process.

The room I was assigned was so dirty that I had to tell reception who sent a cleaning lady in.
Total lack of attention to basics necessities and details. The hand soap dispenser was empty, the bath panel had traces of dirt that were reminiscent of blood stains.
The microwave was filthy inside and out (the door & handle)
There were some food splashes on the wall, the dishes were not clean. The fridge door and shelves were dirty and crooked (hinges damaged)
On the plus side: the room was spacious, bright and airy with large windows and adjustable shutters. The large bed was comfortable.

The room was much older looking than the pictures. I did get a lovely view of the garden. But, the walls were full of marks. The bathroom seemed clean as well as the bedsheets but there was mold growing on the grout around the shower. The drawers in the bathroom were broken and hard to open. The small kitchen area was inside a closet which doors were hard to open and were dragging along the floor.

Très bien placé pour des événements proche du vélodrome !!! Seul bémol pas de ménage quotidien et de réassort papier toilette par exemple et odeur pas très cool des qu’on ouvre l’espace cuisine !!! A part ça c’est bien

Les chambres sont assez standard (mais avec quelques équipements un peu vétustes) et l'hôtel est bien situé. Par contre, il donne sur une rue passante, et les fenêtres coulissantes laissent passer les bruits de motos fréquentes. Nous y avons donc très mal dormi, et nous ne retournerons certainement pas dans cet hôtel.

Dommage, 1ere chambre au 1er etage, la fenêtre ne ferme pas. L'hôtesse d'accueil m'a gentiment proposée une autre chambre.
Hourra, la fenêtre ferme mais 1applique sur 2 fonctionne, par contre aucune liseuse ne s'eclaire.
La baignoire se bouche au bout de 3 minutes...il faut en attendre 5 pour qu'elle se vide...

Très bon sejour, quelques points à revoir dans le logement ( tiroirs, radiateir salle de bains) mais propreté impeccable, literie ok, emplacement tres pratique. Excellent accueil et grande gentillesse de tous les salariés. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner beaucoup trop cher à 18 euros.

Séjour sous la pluie à Marseille mais l’accueil chez Odalys a été parfait.

Très très bien. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent et l’accueil très très agréable.

It was pretty good. The property has a few things that need fixing but it was a pretty good experience. The first girl I spoke to didn’t speak English so I had to really pay attention.

Hôtel calme et très bien placé pour aller au Vélodrome ou sur le vieux port.
Accueil sympathique.
