La casa é accogliente di per sé e funzionale.

Cons:

Basterebbe davvero poco per rendere la casa veramente accogliente. In primis lasciare qualcosa di base per pulire la cucina e almeno i sacchetti della spazzatura, una tovaglia, un canovaccio. Inoltre per quanto mi riguarda la qualità dei materassi dell’ appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato era abbastanza scadente (materassi completamente sfondati) e segnalo l’assenza di scuri/persiane/tapparelle. La pulizia superficiale.

Pros:

Ottima posizione vicino alla terme cui si può andare a piedi in 5 minuti.
Appartamento ben riscaldato e luminoso.
Divano letto e piccola zona notte con letto a castello.
Accoglienza presso la reception nel condominio con una bella sala TV corredata da divani , tavolini e tavolo da biliardo.

Cons:

L' appartamento non ha un sistema di illuminazione funzionante in alcuni punti come la zona cucina. Poche pentole, manca un bollitore che ormai è diffuso in qualunque casa.
Ci hanno dato due singoli piuomoncini dell' Ikea per dormire nel divano letto matrimoniale così come le lenzuola che erano singole e non matrimoniali.
La porta d' ingresso nell' appartamento è a vetri con una tendina oscurante il che fa sentire un po' a disagio e poco protetti .
Il parcheggio è per qualche macchina.
Il condominio si affaccia sulla statale e quindi il rumore delle macchine si sente in sottofondo.

appartement propre agréable fonctionnel avec vue et petit balcon .doit être agréable a toute saison

quand on veut se faire à manger sur place, il manquait un minimum, éponge pdt vaisselle,torchon..ce qu'on prend si on vient une semaine mais pas sur 2-3 jours. heureusement notre hôte Barbara nous a gentiment dépanné..

Pros:

La résidence est très bien placé par rapport le village, les pistes de ski et pour aller à Morgex ou Courmayeur. La chambre est très bien, avec de l'espace, très fonctionnelles et les 2 salle de bains (1 seul avec douche) sont très pratiques quand on est 4. Barbara que nous as accueilli était très disponible et nous a répondu à toutes questionnes.

Cons:

Le nettoyage pourrait être mieux meme si reste correcte.

Appertamento pulito e accogliente, come da foto. Posizione comodissima e tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle terme e a circa 10-15 minuti di macchina dagli impianti sciistici. Host presente e disponibile, facilmente rintracciabile per telefono. Consigliato!
