Gerente arrogante, el siempre tuvo la última palabra. Aunque no hubo respuesta del menú hasta el mismo día 24. Muy poca autocrítica.
Lamentable, con otros administradores ha sido excelente.
No fui. Preferi. Perder mi dinero a alojar en ese lugar. Con ese tipo ahí.

Es un muy bello hotel con una localización.privilegiada por su magnífica vista. Todo el personal super amable. Las instalaciones limpias y con una hermosa decoración. El restaurant magnífico con precios muy asequibles y deliciosa comida. Hay parqueo en los alrededores frente al hotel. Hicimos con ellos el tour en catamaran al glaciar San Rafael y fue una maravilla. Al regreso cantamos karaoke bailamos y gozamos montones. Super recomendado. La atención fue magnífica de ida y de vuelta.

There is not a mini fridge in the room, facility present in most of hotels if not in every one, restaurant staff seems attentive but I asked twice for chili (merken) and the girl never brought this , next day same thing , the restaurant was not full . The quality of food very good
