Lindo hotel con oportunidades de mejoras
Pros:

La ubicación, fantástica, muy lindas vistas de Puerto Chacabuco

Cons:

La calefacción en la habitación la cortan a las 2 am, uno duerme con frio, la prenden como a las 8 am.
En el desayuno hay huevos revueltos, si uno desea huevos con otra preparación te cobran extra.
Me parece que un hotel de esta categoria no debería hacer nada de lo expuesto.

Excelente lugar base para excursiones a Glaciar y Termas
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en Puerto Chacabuco, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía, Tanto el restaurante como el bar son muy buenos. La atención del personal es excelente. El desayuno es normal, faltarían variedad de panificados (solo hay pan de molde blanco e integral). La habitación muy espaciosa.

Cons:

El parking frente al hotel no es suficiente para la cantidad de pasajeros que reciben. tuvimos que dejar el vehiculo a mas de 100 mts. El lugar parece tranquilo pero uno se siente mas seguro dejando frente al hotel.
