Nice hotel.
Pros:

Property was clean, pool was nice and having dinner and drinks on property great.

Cons:

The guests. Having Teams come and stay is fine. Having teams come and allowing the parents to be downstairs drinking while their children are running the halls disturbing paying guest is disrespectful.

Overall great visit besides the USB issues
Pros:

Staff very polite and helpful from the get gi

Cons:

In my room 132 none of the USB ports worked. The entire USB board between the beds didn't work including the plug there. The USB under the TV did not work only the power outlets. Told staff they said maintenance would address it in the morning.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Hotel was in a good location for our needs. Breakfast was good. The hotel was able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms.

Cons:

The lock on our room door was hard to operate. The heat setting on the room heater didn’t work properly, it came on to the heat setting but wouldn’t come back on to maintain the heat setting. The restaurant closed at 10:00 AM which we thought was early.

Dated and Musty
Pros:

Located next to sports complex hosting tournaments, restaurants, mall. Front desk was extremely kind and informative .

Cons:

Dated, musty, beds themselves were clean but carpeting (which I don’t know why hotels aren’t all hard flooring for sanitary purposes) was dated and not in good shape, ac unit would turn on but kept kicking off multiple times so we were very hot most of the night , bathroom was cleaned but had the weirdest smell didn’t see any mold or mildew but smelled very off, beds were very hard, hallways smelled similar to the bathroom, the building is in major need of updating , a top to bottom cleaning , and airing out. It smells and feels like there hasn’t been airflow in there in years which attributes to or causes the musty smells.
