Disappointing - doors don’t close
Pros:

Cons:

The door wouldn’t lock so female guests were inside the room with an open door. It took two hours to fix. No apologies and no gratitude.

I had to remind the staff three times before getting a birthday cake.

The facilities are basic and the warmth and hospitality are lacking.

I like the ambience and the decoration of the property and the location is the best thing I loved it the staff is very supportive and cooperative

Cons:

I don't think there is any big dissatisfaction I have suffered so overall this is the best hotel to stay as it of Radisson company so service and all is good
