Albergo molto vecchio...pezzi che cadono nel bagno...oppure un pezzo mancante del cassettone tapparella....mancavano le prese in camera....
Poi c'era odore ovunque...in piscina mancava totalmente il bagnino e sarebbe servito visto che c'erano incoscienti che di tuffavano dal tetto della terrazza e c'erano bambini che facevano il bagno i miei compresi...pulizia insomma accettabile ma potrebbero fare di meglio

Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich die gute Lage, da sich direkt vor der Tür eine Bushaltestelle befindet. Zudem waren die zwei Damen an der Rezeption – besonders die schlankere Mitarbeiterin – sehr freundlich.

Cons:

ich wende mich heute aufgrund gravierender Mängel während unseres Aufenthalts in Ihrem Hotel an Sie, die insbesondere die Gesundheit meines Sohnes stark beeinträchtigt haben.

​Zum einen war unser Zimmer von einer extremen Anzahl an Insekten befallen. Als ich mich deshalb gegen 22:00 Uhr an die Rezeption wandte, um nach einem Insektenschutzmittel zu fragen, wurde ich vom zuständigen Mitarbeiter lediglich darauf verwiesen, im Supermarkt nebenan selbst etwas zu kaufen. Diese Reaktion ist absolut inakzeptabel und zeigt keinerlei Serviceorientierung. Mein Sohn wurde in der Folge so stark zerstochen, dass er am ganzen Körper juckende Beulen davongetragen hat.

​Noch weitaus schwerwiegender ist jedoch der Zustand des Kinderpools. Dort sind mehrere Fliesen beschädigt und scharfkantig. Mein Sohn hat sich an beiden Tagen die Füße daran aufgeschnitten – es wurden regelrecht Fleischstücke herausgerissen. Dass ein Kinderpool derartige Sicherheitsmängel aufweist und ein so hohes Verletzungsrisiko birgt, ist absolut unverantwortlich.

Každý den úklid a výměna ručníků.
Pros:

Snídaně dostačující, vybral si každý. Velký výběr sladkého, což ocenily hlavně děti. Každý den několik druhů ovoce. Výborná káva.

Cons:

Skříně. Poličky jak pro 2metrové lidi, ale nepřijeli jsme bydlet, zařízení k přespání naprosto stačilo.

Jeśli miałabym wrócić do tejmkiejscowosci to wezmę pod uwagę drugi raz ten hotel.
Pros:

Blisko do morza, restauracja na dole, basen na samej górze z możliwością korzystania bez ograniczeń do zamknięcia. Darmowy parking za hotelem. Personel super pomocny.

Breakfast was wonderful and cleaning lady was super professional she cleaned my room everyday and it was satisfying. 🤩🤩🤩
The one blonde reception girl was very very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The staff who work in the breakfast have no smile with serious faces. I don't know why.
