Had a really good stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff Liyana were especially helpful and friendly — always ready to assist with anything we needed. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Stayed there for 1 night, on Merdeka eve.

Check-in: The queue for check-in was long but the staff handled it well and check-in was smooth. There was a welcome drink and candy for kids as well.

Environment: There was a Merdeka performance at night by Pentarama making the environment lively. 7 Eleven was just by the lobby.

Back after a year for a run. Everything I commented last year still there.

One major concern/lapse was the lift card access was not working during my stay so basically anyone can go to any floor. Compared to a year before this is a huge security concern. Other than that the service standards have not improved.

Restaurant buffet spread was much better I must say.

I had also a problem with hot water shower that evening apparently there was a breakdown somewhere but it was fixed an hour or two later.

I think I’ll skip this hotel for the next time and try the other nearby hotel as clearly the hotel is on autopilot mode and security is not a concern.

Pros: it’s location to events near the Palace of Justice Putrajaya. Everything in the room works okay.

Cons: the check in system during the Powerman 2025 event can be improved. The counters were not open in full. And then the queue system can be improved - should be single system rather than separate lines.

It was an average stay for the night to rest from the drive before continuing the journey up North. It was a decent night stay as we only check-in around 330am and check out by 10am.

Basic amenities, bed was ok but pillow was terribly soft and flat.

Even if for just 1 night, my stay was super.
I'm very picky with hotels and restaurant and above all service. The swimming pool in the roof was great, the room was massive, and the breakfast was an endless buffet. I would have loved to spend more time in this hotel.
Something that i really liked was the staff always smiling and focused on the customers. Something that I found out to be very rare in Malaysia.

Nice hotel. Excellent breakfast. Had to pay tourist tax on top which I didn’t at any other hotel I booked in Malaysia through another site.

On arrival the reception was efficient asking whether I wanted a king bed or 2 singles (I was on my own). The room was a decent size but only the one rather hard chair. Clean and comfortable aside from this. There are several room types so I can only speak for mine. Decoration in the hotel is distinctive and rather interesting. There is a comfortable cafe area on the ground floor adjourning reception serving light meals and sandwiches/cakes. The main restaurant has a dinner buffet and a la carte. A la carte food is good and served very attractively. No alcoholic drinks were available. It appears there must have been a shopping mall very much adjoined to the hotel as there are empty spaces across from the atrium where the restaurant is situated.
The breakfast is very much multi-national A vast range of all types of food to satisfy everyone and very busy. The staff in the hotel are all very obliging and there seems quite a lot of them.
For some the highlight of staying here must be the infinity swimming pool on the roof looking out towards the lake. There is a small gym also up there.
Only a short walk to the lake and parkland with a large Mosque.

Had a fantastic couple of nights.. just 2 little things, I couldn’t turn the aircon down so I was really cold and the WiFi kept dropping out which was annoying.
Helpful staff, beautiful pool, nice bresiand discount for over 60!

Food was really good, wide selection for breakfast. Rooms need maintenance, but overall quick, comfortable and convenient.

Room smelt damp, safe wasn’t working and was woken early due to being next to the noisy lift shaft.
Front desk seemed to know no English apart from fixing the safe. Won’t go back
