Struttura con mobili super fatiscenti, di bassissima qualità che sembrano cadere e insonorizzazione pessima, infissi da cambiare, al piano terra si sentono tutti i rumori anche dalla strada

Nos tocó un bajos, se escucha mucho ruido, nos despertaron gente riendo y cantando por la noche, también el camión de la basura.

This is a great place to stay for a couple of nights; it’s right in the heart of Valencia, so you won’t need to use public transportation at all. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, and interesting places to visit within a 20-minute walk.
The price for the apartment is well below market rate, and overall, it’s a great option for two people. The apartment is also well-equipped.

Cons:

The price you pay for this location is constant noise. It’s an old building right in the heart of downtown, on the second floor. You’ll be able to tell what time of night it is without even looking at a clock, because the bars around here close between 1 and 4 a.m., and over time you’ll learn the schedule of each one. The noise from cars driving over the manhole below will also never leave you alone. But overall, if you’re okay with sleeping in earplugs, you can get around this problem.
The couch in the living room was old and a bit broken, so my friend who stayed with us wasn’t very comfortable sleeping there.

Расположение апартамента в самом центре, очень удачно! В апарте есть абсолютно все, что нужно для туриста, я жила одна, мне было комфортно. Единственный минус - очень мало розеток для электроприборов, рядом с диваном ни одной. Неудобно, тк вечером сидишь отдыхаешь, а телефон на зарядке в спальне. В остальном, претензий нет
