Merkeze ve gezilecek yerlere yakın. Klima güzel çalışıyor. Güvenlikle ilgili sorun yaşamadık.

4 kişilik bir aile için çok küçük. Valizlerin üzerinden atlayarak yürümeniz gerekiyor. Basmaya yer yok. Banyo kapısı açılıp kapanmıyor . Çamaşır makinesi var deterjan yok. Çatal bıçak eksik. resimlerde göründüğü gibi değil. Bizim dairemizin tavanı yoktu mesela direk tuğla çatı.

Pros:

Very good location and very affordable

Cons:

We had problems with the heating system and we had to use radiators instead of the air conditioning.
Also, the place has electrical problems, if you plug some appliances the power shuts down.
The place could use a renovation

l'appartamento ha una posizione perfetta, è molto spazioso e ben tenuto, serrature elettriche così che tutti gli ospiti hanno accesso autonomo. Il palazzo è molto silenzioso, staff molto gentile,sempre disponibile,comunicazione tramite WhatsApp semplice e veloce!

Qualità prezzo non conveniente. Mi sarei aspettato di trovare almeno una bottiglia di acqua a disposizione e qualche capsula di caffè come benvenuto. Perdonatemi lo sfogo ma se c’è una macchinetta del caffè e non ci sono le tazzine, come si puo usufruire del caffè? Le foto non corrispondevano a quelle dell’annuncio.

The position is perfect, the house was clean, the shower was big and with unlimited hot water. The kitchen is well-equipped. The communication with the host was good.

Cons:

If you have any respiratory issues this place is not for you. Also, being a ground floor, it is very noisy at night.

The flat was old, dirty, cold and dark. They changed my reservation the day before, claiming there was a problem with the shower in the flat I had originally booked. They offered a generous 50% discount, but the flat I was given was unacceptably dirty. There were stains on the walls, the air conditioning unit was full of dust, the furniture was dented and broken, the corners of the flat were filthy, and there was ash in the window rails. I looked for alternative accommodation but couldn’t find anything, so I decided to stay. However, I do not believe the flat was in acceptable condition to be rented.
