Cons:

Chaîne d’hôtel n’ayant pas la même saveur que les hôtels plus personnalisés. Joli décoration, très fraîche, pour autant.

La mejor vista de Botafogo en un hotel espectacular
Pros:

La comodidad de la habitación, colchón, almohadas, superficies de guardado y apoyo.
La vista a la bahía de Botafogo en todo su esplendor.
La terraza, piscina, bar.
La vista desde la terraza, que permite ver tanto el Cristo Redentor, como el Pan de azúcar.
La cordialidad del personal.
La ubicación para conocer una parte muy interesante de Río, como es el barrio de Botafogo.
La cercanía al elegante barrio de Urca y su mureta llena de personas (locales y turistas) a la hora de la puesta de sol.
La cercanía a la playa Vermelha, el Pan de Azúcar, el sendero al morro de Urca, el shopping Rio Sul, los bares de la calle Arnaldo Quintela.
Superó mis expectativas y volvería sin dudarlo.

Cons:

El hotel y la habitación (Quarto Deluxe com Cama King e Vista, 9° piso) son realmente muy buenos. Las siguientes observaciones son aportes para mejorar aún más la estancia en el hotel.
El sistema de luces es un poco incómodo por la ubicación de algunas llaves.
La luz azul (para evitar tropiezos) debería poder apagarse a criterio del huesped ya que hay quienes necesitamos oscuridad total para dormir mejor.
Al baño le faltan toalleros cercanos a la ducha.
El servicio de información que ofrece el sistema de televisión debería mejorar al igual que la guía de canales.

Cons:

Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes durant notre séjour, qui ont considérablement affecté notre expérience au sein de l’hôtel.

Tout d’abord, nous avons dû changer de chambre à trois reprises, en raison de différents problèmes.

Ensuite, nous comprenons qu’une panne du système de l’hôtel peut arriver, suite à la tempête qu'il y a eu. Cependant, il est inadmissible qu’on nous ait demandé de régler à nouveau notre réservation alors que celle-ci avait été entièrement payée depuis février. Heureusement, nous avions avec nous la preuve du paiement, car l’hôtel n’était apparemment pas en mesure de retrouver cette information.

Nous avons également demandé une fois, à bénéficier exceptionnellement d’une priorité pour le nettoyage de notre chambre car j'avais rdv avec une coiffeuse et malgré cela, le personnel est arrivé justement au moment que j'aimerais éviter. De plus, nous avons constaté que le nettoyage n’était pas effectué correctement, notamment avec un sol qui restait sale.

Enfin, le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, nous obligeant à chaque fois à descendre jusqu’à la réception pour toute demande.

Pris individuellement, certains de ces problèmes peuvent être compréhensibles. Toutefois, leur accumulation a fortement dégradé notre séjour et laisse malheureusement à désirer pour un établissement se présentant comme un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Plus on était gentil avec le personnel de la réception, moins ils faisaient leur travail, à croire qu'ils nous poussaient à bout pour qu'on deviennent exécrable.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, frente a una playa preciosa; las habitaciones son muy luminosas, amplias y cómodas. El desayuno es excelente, con muchas opciones deliciosas.

Cons:

Las zonas sociales estan un poco desgastadas, necesita pintura y cambio de alfombra.
