Tolles Hotel mit nettem Personal und super Angeboten!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön, bequem und sauber. Sehr nettes Personal auch! Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel, sonst hätten wir mehr Angebote wahrnehmen können. Werden wir aber dann beim nächsten Mal machen, das Hotel und die Gegend haben uns so sehr gefallen, dass wir nochmal vorbei kommen werden! ;)

Cons:

Wir haben die Apps im TV nicht zum laufen bringen können... Wir hatten ein Tablet dabei, deswegen war es im Endeffekt nicht so schlimm. Wir hätten auch sicher Hilfe bekommen auf Anfrage, aber da wir nur eine Nacht da waren haben wir es dabei belassen. :)

Cons:

Die Dusche im Schwimmbad wurde leider kalt. Saunabereich war leider etwas überlaufen und alle Liegen belegt mit Handtüchern.
Ansonsten war alles top 👍 wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel to visit my sister who was in the hospital, and it is very close to the hospital, 5 mins walk. They also have nice pool & sauna. Our room has a veranda with a natural view of the Black Forest.

Cons:

Breakfast was limited and didn't have much fruit. The room needed more light.

Zimmermobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Fernseher hat leider nicht funktioniert, nach Meldung an der Rezeption wurde dieser Mangel leider nicht behoben.
