Bait and switch!
Cons:

We didn't like a thing. We didn't have any air conditioning in this place. It was 104 with 90 plus humidity in a foreign country with nobody that speaks English. We left after the owner didn't get back in time so I booked a hotel room at the Crown Plaza for the exact same nights. We didn't even stay one night in the place. Bait and switch!!!! I booked a certain apartment and when we got there the apartment changed to across the alley way in a different building. I want my money back!!!!

Konum olarak mükemmel bir noktada. Kahve makinası, iyi bir klima gibi imkanları var.

Excellent location. Amenities include a coffee machine and good air conditioning.

Cons:

Binada sessiz saatler olmasına rağmen görevli bulunmuyor. İnsanlar çok yüksek sesle müzik dinleyip, çocuklar koridorda koşuyor. Gece 1 de hala uyuyamamıştık ve kendimiz bireysel gidip uyarmak zorunda kaldık.
Yatak odasındaki yatak çok rahat olmakla birlikte çekyat berbat bir halde. Yayları ve demirleri batıyor. Bel ağrısıyla uyanabilirsiniz (Kazandığınız parayla neden bunu düzeltip konforu artırmazsınız ki?)
Keşke kahve makinası için kişi sayısı kadar kahve bıraksalardı.

Despite the quiet hours, there is no staff on duty. People listen to very loud music, and children run in the hallway. We still couldn't sleep at 1 AM and had to go and warn them ourselves.
The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, but the sofa bed is in terrible condition. The springs and metal parts dig in. You might wake up with back pain (Why don't you fix this and improve comfort with the money you earn?).
I wish they had provided enough coffee for the number of people in the coffee machine.

Buen apartamento en el centro de Chueca!
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento es grande y tiene todo lo necesario, súper colmpleto. Es tal cual las fotos. Los espacios grandes, la ducha muy bien.

Cons:

El sofá cama muy incómodo. Para una noche se está bien, pero para varios días no lo recomiendo. El colchón es muy fino y los hierros del soporte se sentían. Fue difícil descansar.

Está vez fui con unos amigos pero seguro que volveré con mi familia

Situación del apartamento, que no hacía falta llaves era un código digital tanto en el portal como en la puerta del apartamento, aire acondicionado tanto en el salón como en el dormitorio y calidad precio.

Que no tenía televisión en el salón y no tenía WiFi

Hébergement pratique et confortable.
Pros:

La localisation et la proximité avec les commerces et restaurants. Hébergement climatisé. L’appartement était en intérieur cour donc aucun bruit de l’extérieur perçu.

El lugar es tranquilo y limpio, lo único mal es la habitación que pagué y no me reembolsaron nada .... La otra era más pequeña y estuvo bien , buena ubicación y limpia.

Pagué por una habitación para mis dos hijos y para mí , y no era nada igual a lo que ví en las fotos de internet, no tenía ventanas, solo una cortina vieja que da hacia un espacio con tanques, el refrigerador en mal estado casi que se cae , no no nada me gustó, pedí que me cambiarán de habitación y lo hicieron , y dormimos los 3 en una misma cama para dos personas, solicité en recepción si había posibilidad de un reembolso por la diferencia y me atendieron muy mal , dijeron que fué mi decisión cambiarme y porsupuesto que prefería eso , pero en teoría , no fué por lo que pagué
