Pros:

La decoración, muchas atención al detalle.

Cons:

La carretera de acceso tiene mu has baches y necesita atención. Es muy incómodo en turismos.

Un sitio ideal pero no está a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas
Pros:

El hotel/casa es ideal. Toda la decoración es perfecta y hace que cada estancia sea súper agradable. Las habitaciones son súper agradables y las camas muy cómodas.

El desayuno también es muy bueno y variado. Desde un zumo natural, hasta varias piezas de dulce y salado. Si bien podían ofrecer de forma más proactiva algunas otras opciones que también tienen como huevos/tortillas.

Cons:

Lamentablemente el servicio no está a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Se echaba en falta que estuviesen atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes, y en cuanto a limpieza de las zonas comunes no recogían desde las bebidas pedidas por la mañana en la piscina o en el interior hasta horas más tardes, entre otras cosas. También tenían faltas de algunas bebidas o comidas, hasta hielo.

Por último nos ha sorprendido que el domingo te echan del hotel porque cierran alrededor de las 2, y no te dejan utilizar la zona común de la piscina. Esta información no nos la habían informado antes en ningún momento.

Excelentes estancias y ambiente. Falla en gastronomía.
Pros:

Las estancias son ideales, muy cómodas. Habitacion un 10. Piscina muy buena y una ubicación muy adecuada si no tuvieras que salir para comer.

Cons:

La gastronomía es muy pobre. Hay una carta con "viandas" que consiste en embutidos y latas, en su mayoría y obviamente comer y cenar lo mismo durante todo el fin de semana, te obliga a salir fuera.
El desayuno muy básico y escaso. Si pides un cruasán de más, te dicen que están contados o si pides una tortilla con queso te dicen que no tienen queso.
Estas respuestas en un cinco estrellas no deberían de estar permitidas.

No recomendable si buscais un hotel con experiencia de 5 estrellas
Pros:

- El decorado del hotel es precioso que te hace sentir bien - exterior, interior, jardin o piscina
- La habitacion es grande y tiene camas comodas
- El desayuno estaba rico

Cons:

- El servicio del hotel no corresponde a un hotel de 5 estrellas (el personal no esta formado para dar trato a nivel 5 estrellas, la carta de cena tiene casi todos platos frios con calidad regular y previous muy muy elevados, la variedad de bebidas/ cockteles es pesima - en verano no podian hacer ni Aperol, ni Mojito y tinto de verano solo de botella)
- En la piscina no tienen suficientemente tumbonas para cuando el hotel esta totalmente ocupado
- El hotel no es adults only, el plan de relax se puede complicar
- La carretera de aceso tiene muchos baches, que resulta muy incomodo si os quedais varios dias

A real gem, luxury and style in a beautiful natural setting.
Pros:

This is a true boutique hotel. Very eclectic, stylish and kept to perfection. We were greated by the kind owner and her staff. The hotel, gardens and pool, with a view over the snow topped mountains is a real gem, not to be missed if you are looking for true luxury. Thank you for a nice stay
