Clean and the staff always warm and welcoming - I stayed here a month about three years ago when I lost home to the downtown Boone national bldg fire (I was below the apt with fire ) and have came back few times since to use the hot tub and recently visited my friends from out of state …we enjoyed the hot tub ! Only thing it wasn’t as warm as it usually is ? A little disappointed with the temp of hot tub but other than that as always enjoyed my stay thank you

Our 2 brm suite seemed a bit bare - could use some more pictures/decorations on the walls. May seem petty, but it makes a big difference, to me at least.

We enjoyed staying here which was conveniently located near the highway (but far enough so you don't hear the noise), restaurants, and the town. The rooms were nice and clean which included a full fridge, microwave, small stove, dishwasher, coffee pot and kitchen supplies. The bed was firm, and pillows were great (at least to us). There was plenty of room to spread out to put your clothes / things in closet. Only thing that they didn't have is a room safe which would've been nice to have. Breakfast was wonderful with the selection of different items from eggs / omelets / hard boiled eggs, sausage / bacon, pancakes / French toast or make it yourself waffles. Every day had different options. They also had the usual like oatmeal, cereal, assorted yogurts / breads / pastries / muffins, fresh fruits, juices / milk, coffee / tea. It was nice to have the microwave and toaster in the room so that I could reheat or toast my bread. We enjoyed using the indoor jacuzzi and the fitness center. Overall, this hotel is nice, and we wouldn't mind staying here again in the near future.

Pros:

Our stay at the Towne Place suites was great. The rooms have been updated, there was some wear and tear around the bottom of the furniture but I am sure that is just from customers and cleaning. We stayed in a two bedroom and found it very spacious. We will consider it again next time we are in town visiting my college kid.

We were only here for 3 nights but it is a great choice for a longer stay.
Pros:

Very clean and modern. Good storage, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Many choices at breakfast.

Cons:

We had some trouble with the air conditioning. It would always revert to a temperature that was too cold for us.
