We love to stay in Towneplace suites again.
Pros:

Room was spacious, clean.
The staffs were nice in the front desk.
We had some dietary restrictions but Lucero , the girl who was working in the breakfast area helped us a lot. She was very nice, kind and respectful . We really appreciate her attitude.

Would stay here again!
Pros:

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had high-quality items that were nutritious and the coffee was very good. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the location of the hotel was very conveniently located near restaurants and shopping.

The bed was the worse part of the stay we had a long day and hopped in bed to the hardest bed we ever slept in

Pros:

We held two big family celebrations here. The "party" room was large and had everything we needed. The staff was fantastic both times - accommodating, helpful, and super nice.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Location is easy to get to.

Cons:

Bed was very firm. Had pull out couch for daughter and when it was pulled out, you couldn't get around the main bed to get to the left side. Was able to turn couch and make it work. No canopy to load car under when it was raining.

Clean and the staff always warm and welcoming - I stayed here a month about three years ago when I lost home to the downtown Boone national bldg fire (I was below the apt with fire ) and have came back few times since to use the hot tub and recently visited my friends from out of state …we enjoyed the hot tub ! Only thing it wasn’t as warm as it usually is ? A little disappointed with the temp of hot tub but other than that as always enjoyed my stay thank you

Our 2 brm suite seemed a bit bare - could use some more pictures/decorations on the walls. May seem petty, but it makes a big difference, to me at least.
