No surprises why there was last minute vacancies here in high season.
Pros:

The view from room, which cost us an extra €20.

Ho apprezzato molto la vista sul lago anche se sotto c'è una strada molto trafficata e rumorosa

Der Aufenthalt war den Erwartungen entsprechen. Das Prrsonal ist freundlich und dem Hotel merkt man die Jahre schon an. Die Lage ist traumhaft ❤️

Die Armaturen in den Badezimmern könnten mit ein wenig Aufwand stark verbesserte Funktionalität bieten.
