Please inform The Reef at Marathon by Capital Vacations in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests must be at least 21 years or older to check-in.
All guests bringing boats need to contact the office during business hours to register their boat and obtain boat slip number 1 week before check-in. Maximum boat 30 feet with 10-foot berth.

The place is really nice and has a cozy keys feel. Bathrooms are rundown in some spots but it is very clean.
Unique structure, Offers many activities
Amazing place to stay. The pics are good but the refreshing and calm ‘condo’ was just what my family of 4 needed. Service was excellent: clean, good views, and was nostalgic! We would definitely stay again. (Loved the personal hidden washer/dryer below the Flat.

I stayed 3 days in the place and it was a great stay and place of relaxation for me and my wife, an experience that will always be remembered by us and we proudly recommend the place to family and friends
We loved it! Property was very cute (not new but very cozy and comfortable) and clean. Staff was fantastic. Loved having two bedrooms and a kitchen. Storage/laundry below the unit was awesome. The pool was large/clean and had plenty of shade nearby.
The people the staff and all of the things to do around the area was a 10 out of 10. Love Love Love
Just the right amount of space for three of us. Everything in very good condition. Lovely grounds. Sloping floors in Unit 7 bathroom were scary. VRBO and owner should have done a better job coordinating check-in.

Clean enough. Furniture uncomfortable. Kitchen pretty well equipped. If you’re looking to kayak or have a boat to dock l, think it’s as good a place as any. Staff friendly, pool uber clean. Ok stay, maybe not worth the price though
Landscaping was beautiful, wonderful location to visit other areas of the Florida Keys.
