Excellent customer service

Das Hotel bietet einen fantastischen Blick über die Stadt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben eine Badewanne mit Blick auf die Stadt. Die Betten waren bequem. Insgesamt war das Zimmer sauber, jedoch darf man nicht die Fenster und Fensterbretter da mit einbeziehen. Das Frühstück ist hauptsächlich für chinesische Gäste ausgerichtet aber man findet auch Brot, Teichen etc. Das chinesische Restaurant im 4. Stock war gut, wenn auch nicht günstig. Ich würde das Hotel nochmals buchen, alleine wegen der Aussicht. Man kann nach dem Auschecken die Koffer deponieren. Der einzige wirkliche Wehrmutstropfen: Die Lounge (wir hatten Lounge Zugang gebucht) ist es nicht wert zu buchen! Es gibt Soda, Cola,…. und einige wenige Snacks. Kein Alkohol, nicht mal ein Bierchen. ;-(

My experience at this Hilton in Haikou was better than I expected. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone for both business and pleasure.

Blu Bar was open, but half closed. No view. Very quiet when we were there once during our 6-day stay.

Travelled with a big family and we enjoyed the big and spacious rooms that allowed us to stay comfortably. There was only one or two spots under the table that was dirty (we had to shift it to pick an item that fell).

There are several types of bathroom. The ones with the bathtub beside the shower has more space and is more comfortable. The water pressure is good!

Hotel staff were responsive and fast when we requested for items.

Breakfast buffet had a good spread with a nice sea view in the restaurant. We had to take the lift down to level 1 to access a separate lift to the restaurant but we didn’t have to wait long for the lift so no complains about that.

There are also several shopping malls nearby with a wide spread of food and shopping options. It is also quite near Qi Lou Old Street.

Would come back to stay again if we visit the area.

Do take note that if you drive, there are limited parking space. Might need to check with the hotel on that.

Room was excellent. It was a king suite for a very good price. Bed was very comfortable.

Cleaness and comfort were impeccable in this hotel. Apartments were wide, comfortable and very clea. Lots of ammenities in the room, from hygiene items to shoe shining. All necessary appliances within the room. The entertainment and fitness daxilities were also amazing. Food at breakfast had a huge variety of options! The hotel is located in a very good area, close to thw seashore (eith a very good park) and a shopping mall. I highly recommendnit foe staying!

The hotel is excellent! The room is big, cosy and clean. The staff are helpful, attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

Ingen i resesällskapet var van att bo på lyxigare hotell, men vi valde detta eftersom vi aldrig varit i Kina och inte visste något om standarden i landet. God nattsömn och möjlighet att vila på hotellet mellan våra aktiviteter var också nödvändigt. Bidragande till vårt val av hotell var också att vi behövde engelskkunnig personal.

Vi är fullständigt nöjda med all service. Personalen var ytterst vänlig och tillmötesgående och effektiv och ordnade snabbt den hjälp vi önskade, och hjälpte oss att hitta rätt i stan. Vi blev alltid informerade om den tjänst vi önskade skulle kosta extra. Flera i personalen talade bra engelska.

Rummet var också helt utan anmärkning; sköna sängar, bra och välrustat kök, stort badrum, AC som fungerade klanderfritt, tvättmaskin som vi används flitigt. Det var tyst på nätterna också.

Städningen var även den oklanderlig. Vi uppskattade också färsk frukt och vatten som ingick i servicen.

Frukosten kostade en del men var mycket fin med massor av gott att välja mellan, både inhemska och västerländska alternativ. Glädjande nog kunde personalen hjälpa till med att ordna frukost även åt allergiker, det var annars svårt att få sådan hjälp på restauranger i Haikou.

Gym och pool var helt till belåtenhet (badmössa krävs till bassängen, så ta med en sådan, annars får du köpa en för 30 yuan, så ingen stor utgift).

De enda små negativa sakerna: dyr minibar och dyr tvättservice (vi utnyttjade därför ingendera), samt ganska dyr restaurang (dock god mat).

Good stay

This is second time we stayed here… Place is well maintained and still in very good condition despite our last visit pre-covid in 2018.

Highly commend service of check-in staff Nit Gan especially since male guest in front of us gave her a long and super hard time but she didn’t flinch a beat and served us with super efficiency and accommodate our request for early check-in despite we arriving at around 1pm.

Housekeeping team cleaned up the room very well plus very prompt to provide us with additional pillows and ice.

This is definitely the best hotel on the stretch and will choose to stay here again for my next trip to Haikou.

楼层高，看海，风景真好

选择希尔顿的原因是觉得它比同类型周边的酒店都贵一点，抱着贵有贵的道理预定的，结果实在太失望了。首先房间的配备很简陋，我从来没有在五星级酒店中见过提供的饮用水是冰露，其次，马桶的噪音很大，而且卫生间离床太近了，设计很不合理。这些就都将就了，最令人意外的是早餐太难吃了，就没有一样食物是美味的。其他的细节就更不用说了，只提供两粒咖啡胶囊，明明装胶囊的盒子就只能放4粒。还有就是浴室配备的洗护用品的档次别提有多低了，实在是让人下不去手，浴巾上还有别人的头发。当然也有一个优点，那就是退房很痛快的答应我们延时一个小时。

i am a frequent flyer to haikou and always choose haikou hilton as my stay - its perfect fo me in its price, location, and environment. Its my first time to try the apartment style tho, its try worthy

Up to the standard business hotel with reasonable price. Nothing special to mention, but most importantly also nothing to complain about. Nice view as hotel situated in high floors.

I booked a studio room and it was big & comfortable.
Hotel located near the city center & pretty convenient to move to hot spots. There is a big 盒马 supermarket behind the hotel, very nice.
It was a pleasant staying & I will visit next time also.

I almost forgot to say... when I booked the hotel, I left a msg that it was the wedding anniversary staying.. but Hilton prepared nothing for us, even bed decorating.
It was a bit disappointing and it seems they didn't get the msg from hotels.com? Not sure.

Very good. The room was excellent and had a great view of Haikou Bay. Service was mostly good. Breakfast was also good. I would stay again.
