Pros:

What a stunning hotel and the breakfast offering was outstanding. The room was beautifully decorated and appointed (stand alone bath and sea view). I would recommend to anyone.

Cons:

All the hotel guest rooms are on high floors as there are residential apartments on the lower floors. We loved being high but if you don't, this may not be a good choice for you.

Pros:

1. 服务： 前台小姐姐非常专业，看我带着行李主动帮忙提。退房时还贴心询问是否需要矿泉水路上喝。
2. 卫生： 房间打扫得一尘不染，床品有阳光的味道，卫生间也没有任何水渍或异味。
3. 设施： 床垫软硬适中，淋浴出水快，水温稳定。
4. 早餐： 海南特色很多，每一道都很精致，特别是现煮的粉/面，味道很棒。
总结： 无论是出差还是旅游，这家都是首选。强烈推荐！

Pros:

Good location for business people, can easy go anywhere. Staff in hotel is very friendly ,can speak English very well especially the front desk . The breakfast is excellent, good experience. Definitely will come back again.

不还好，下次应该不会再考虑了。
Pros:

早餐比较丰盛，地理位置方便

Cons:

房间一股发霉的味道，下水道有虫子，装修比较老，一些柜门都歪了。mini bar的东西都要收费，十年前算正常，但是现在还是这样的政策，比起同行有差距。订的海景高层，为的是景观和隐私，但是入住期间，2天都有人在擦玻璃，窗帘基本打不开，并没有提前告知，进了房间才知道。

Pros:

Location is absolutely perfect. Room was great. And its very handy that you have washing machine. Views ar great can see lot of Haikou.

Cons:

Only small thing what annoyed me, that from 26th floor you need to go all the way down and then take another lift for breakfast and go up to 33th floor.

the location is good, great harbor & city views and the staff are friendly and helpful

Cons:

We were not reminded that not all rooms are NO SMOKING!unfortunately we were placed in a room with heavy smoky smell, plus shower & bath water was almost cold, not expected from a Hilton branded.

Cons:

Air con, not cooling enough ? Settings on the air con seemed to be locked down. Was warm at night and early in the morning. Biggest let down was this.
