The rooms were clean, comfy, and quiet. The concierge was very pleasant.

Cons:

We returned to the hotel late in the evening and had to search for parking. The fridge in our room was either not plugged in or didnt work.

The hotel was nice but, the staff could use customer service training.

The property & room were nice . Everything looked updated & clean .

Cons:

The person working the front desk with short hair & tattoos on her arms. She was rude & not very helpful. My company booked the room but, didn't submit payment & she made it difficult to process payment . I waited around about 45min-1hr to get it taken care of . I know she deals with this kind of thing all day but, there's no need to be rude . Just explain how to resolve the problem & get it done with or without a smile .

Not great- rock hard bed made for a poor nights sleep. No pool,no breakfast, no come again.
