Pros:

Home ở khu vực khá yên tĩnh, tiện đi sang Đảo Kí ức hội an để tham quan.

Cons:

- Home yêu cầu trẻ em bơi ở bể phải có người lớn ngồi canh, trong khi con mình học lớp 7 cao 1m7 rồi vẫn phải cần người lớn ngồi canh nếu không sẽ đuổi không cho bơi. Rong ruổi cả ngày trên đường đến Home tưởng được nghỉ thì phải xuống ngồi canh con bơi vì có vấn đề gì Home không chịu trách nhiệm, nghĩa là Home cũng nghĩ cái bể bơi này không an toàn. Vấn đề này gia đình nào con nhỏ nên cân nhắc.
- Không có ấm đun nước trong phòng, cần nước nóng thì xuống lễ tân đun giúp.
- Mình để quên dây sạc ở Home và nhân viên trả lời ko có hỗ trợ gửi bưu cục để gửi về nhà được, không hề có thái độ hỗ trợ khách mà hỏi ngược khách luôn phải làm thế nào. Nếu book ship giao ra bưu cục thì phí là 100k.

Pros:

Le ragazze sono super disponibili, sorridenti e gentili, pronte ad aiutare in tutto e a consigliarti le migliori opzioni in città. Personalmente trovo la location perfetta per stare fuori dal caos del centro e godere del silenzio per riposare bene. 2 minuti con le bici siete nel vivo del paese e con un grab la spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile.

Great location and amazing staff !!
Pros:

Staff were awesome and helped with suggestions of places to go and things to do.
Lee cooked a giant pizza which was fantastic- enough leftovers for dinner the next night !

El personal muy atento y muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con todo. Disponibles en WhatsApp en cualquier momento. Alojamiento muy acogedor. Nuestra habitación muy amplia, cama extra extra grande.

Cons:

La agua de la ducha no tenía mucha presión. En el momento de la salida, nos pidieron que pagáramos el agua embotellada que había en la habitación encima de la mesa - no en la nevera. Esto no nos lo habían mencionado a nuestra llegada, y en muchos otros alojamientos, el agua embotellada que suele estar en la mesa junto con sobres de té y café suelen ser un gesto de bienvenida.
Esto nos pilló por sorpresa.

Pros:

Very nice people and interior. Comfortable beds and a little balcony that we enjoyed a lot. For the price a precious homestay. Calm area since you have to walk about 10min to the main area - supermarket and restaurants right infront your door.

Cons:

The aircon works well but turning it off/ on lead to drops on the bed. But I‘m pretty sure it can be fixed.
You have to walk over a bridge to get into the center which is a little bit inconvenient but nothing that had a big impact on our stay.

Cons:

Seul petit point négatif, le petit déjeuner n’est pas mémorable, mais à ce prix là à Hoi an, les prestations restent très bonnes!
