Unfortunately, this was one of the least satisfactory hotel experiences I have had. When making the reservation, I accidentally selected an accessible room, and this was not pointed out or clarified during check-in. Upon entering the room, I realized it did not meet my needs, which required me to return to the reception desk and request a room change. I was informed that an additional fee would apply, which was disappointing and negatively affected the start of my stay.
In addition, I experienced a maintenance issue in the bathroom and reported it to the responsible staff member. A technician was sent to fix the problem; however, it reoccurred the following day. It was later discovered that there was a fault affecting the system, which ultimately required a room change. Unfortunately, this took place late at night, forcing us to move all of our belongings from one room to another. I had expected better follow-up and a more seamless resolution to ensure guest comfort.
