Staff member Pooja made me feel cherished with her warm and kind manner handling my check-in.
No incoming noise from neighbouring rooms.
Very comfortable and clean with the means to regulate the temperature according to my wishes.
Nothing of note

The room is too small
Very nice breakfast !
Room was near the elevators and was very noisy
Good location, hotel was lovely inside. Staff were super helpful and one asked where we were going. Told him we’d be going to the BP pulse live and he advised us to get the train, how far it is etc which saved us so much on an Uber.
Location great for events and eating out
Rooms quite basic.

Location
I paid £185 2 weeks before my stay and yet it was much cheaper on the day. The deluxe double room was dark and small. Hotel upgraded us to an Executive room as I complained about the cost!!
Breakfast fruit was underwhelming!
You upgraded me from standard to premium. Great! But… the bed was 2 mattresses with huge dip where not connected properly.
It was an adjoining room. Next door was laughing loudly on phone till 12 midnight so I could not sleep. The adjoining door did not insulate the noise.

Car park easy to find but expensive at £26. Good sized room ,heating worked well.A good breakfast.
After upgrading to a deluxe room no fridge in room ,this is shocking and not acceptable ,especially if youre going to charge £26 to park.
Food let down by staff being overwhelmed.
A business hotel that will end up loosing business if it doesant start treating guests as guests and not poundsigns
