It looks lovely and clean and spacious when you arrive.

Cons:

Parking was expensive and complicated. Staff were miserable and unhelpful. Room was tiny and cold. Not even room to walk round the bed. No instructions for heating etc. Ran out of coffee sachets and when asked for more it took 20 mins to find some. Staff rolled eyes when asked for some. Generally it was a let down.
