In comparison to previous Afternoon Teas at other venues we had an amazing experience here. The staff were immediatly attentive to our every need...drinks are unlimited & we made ful use of being topped up🙂 our waiters name was Bibek.....lovely polite guy. Highly recommend a visit!!

Close to where we needed to be. One thing that stood out for me and may be minor for others was when you walked into the hotel there was a wonderful fragrance that was so refreshing. I would love to know what it was.

Kinal provided excellent service from start to finish. She was very friendly, professional, and really understood our needs. She made sure all of our requests were communicated and taken care of, and our guest was checked into a great room. Her communication was outstanding she knows how to speak with guests in a warm and respectful manner, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Kinal, for going above and beyond. la doccia è I prodotti bagno erano buoni, il bar gradevole, il cibo molto buono e il personale del bar e del ristorante cortese.
Abbiamo scelto questo hotel sulla base del punteggio elevato e delle recensioni che descrivevano camere spaziose e una posizione centrale, ma la nostra esperienza è stata molto diversa.
Al check-in ci è stata assegnata una camera descritta come potenzialmente rumorosa per la vicinanza all'ascensore. Una volta entrati abbiamo però scoperto un rumore molto forte e continuo proveniente da un impianto della stanza. Abbiamo verificato che il rumore cessava togliendo alimentazione alla camera e riprendeva appena veniva ripristinata, quindi non era causato dall'ascensore come inizialmente indicato.
La parte più deludente è stata la gestione della situazione. Abbiamo avuto l'impressione che il personale fosse già a conoscenza del problema (ci hanno detto che chiudendo la porta del bagno e spegnendo la luce in 10-15 min il rumore sarebbe cessato), ma non ci fosse stato comunicato chiaramente. Quando siamo tornati alla reception per chiedere il cambio camera, ci è stato inizialmente risposto che eravamo stati avvisati del rumore dell'ascensore e abbiamo dovuto insistere per spiegare che il problema era un altro.
La camera sostitutiva era molto più piccola, con pochissimo spazio attorno al letto, una finestra molto piccola e scarsa luce naturale, risultando piuttosto buia. Avevamo anche manifestato disponibilità a pagare un upgrade, ma non ci sono state proposte alternative.
Anche la colazione ci ha deluso: scelta limitata e alcuni prodotti non davano un'impressione di particolare freschezza.
Inoltre, a nostro avviso, l'hotel non è così centrale come viene spesso descritto e la zona circostante risulta piuttosto isolata rispetto alle principali attrazioni della città.
Nel complesso, più che i singoli problemi, ci ha deluso la mancanza di trasparenza nella gestione della camera iniziale e l'assenza di un approccio realmente orientato al cliente quando abbiamo segnalato il problema.

Booked this hotel because of the central location and wheelchair accessible rooms but came away a bit frustrated and disappointed. Maybe I'm being generous with the 3 star rating.
Check in was not as welcoming or friendly as it should have been. Car parking is confusing, expensive and very unsuitable for wheelchair users. We were not given an explanation about breakfast, WiFi and only given one key to room (I had to come down to get a second). I also had to return to reception several times to request extra towels as well as deal with having card charged twice. I was told on arrival that my room had not been paid but I had already provided a credit card number. It all got sorted in the end but only after raising all the issues.
While the accessible room was fine in many ways, it had soap dispensers that were out of reach to wheelchair users and the door into the room had no system for holding it while pushing a wheelchair in.
Restaurant staff were wonderfully welcoming at breakfast and the food selection was lovely.
