Good size comfy and clean room
Nothing
Il letto era veramenta confortevole, la stanza di grandi dimensioni e la posizione a due passi dal centro, oltre alla cortesia dello staff, fanno si che sia un'ottima soluzione per alloggiarci.
Loved the location, its actually built on the site of an old night club i used to go to when i lived across the road from there 30 years ago
Everything! Its so modern and clean
Good location, parking attached and easy to get to. Friendly staff, clean customer facing areas.
Bedroom was dirty, dust on the headboard, mirror, tv, skirting boards, it was grim. Broken bathroom door lock, room was small in comparison to others, which also meant bed was significantly smaller than others.
Car park was handy
The car park was very handy being next door but had problems on 1st day with gaining access. The shower was a joke...trickled out with no power. The toilet was constantly blocked. Pillows like sacks of potatoes and bed uncomfortable. I made a complaint to Valerie on customer relations...result was that she just wrote it down then sent 1 not 2 ..tiny tiffin biscuit with an apology. They should have offered at least a complimentary drink. In my opinion...this hotel is run and managed by amateurs.
Location is good. Breakfast was good too.
The carpet in corridor is very old and dirty doesn’t meet the aesthtics of the hotel
Good location and very friendly staff
Expensive parking
Awful beds, pillows and bedding
Noisy, from other rooms and outside
Excellent locations for the centre of Birmingham, Comfortable and well appointed hotel. Very secure and reasonably priced car parking available. Easy to get to by car.
Friendly reception, beautiful hotel, great soundproofing, my room was upgraded!
Would’ve been nice to have a robe and slippers. When I checked out I wanted to leave my bags for the day but felt very rushed by reception, made my last day in Birmingham quite stressful.
Location
Bed and Bedding very poor, pillows were lumpy and mattress had no support at all, when sat on the bed your bottom touches the bed base and I’m by no means a heavey guy. Stains on carpet, chair and walls
