Rooms was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains made for a perfect night’s sleep. The bathroom was stocked with luxury toiletries and plush towels, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day especially the staff Raji and Talib

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. The communication was unclear, and instead of helping to resolve the issue, they seemed more focused on finding sneaky ways to charge extra. When I reached out for support, I received no proper assistance – just unhelpful replies and excuses. I would advise others to be cautious before booking with them. Booked via agoda

Clean rooms, soft bed & pillows
Close to major malls, shopping areas, restaurants.
Absolutely no disturbance from adjacent rooms. Was very quiet.

The hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast selection is good, excellent housekeeping especially staff member 'Bala' who is very honest and trustworthy.

Very comfortable suite. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful.
Easily access by car - so a good base point for activities.
For those who want to cater for themselves a large supermarket is provided underneath and good sized mall to the side.
The only quirk: the OTAXI app conflates Levatio Suites and the Radisson hotel 100 m down the road - so taxi drivers tend to turn up at the wrong address. The remedy: use Panorama Mall as the address.

Pleasant stay in this hotel, located within a mall, Gloria jeans served good coffees, facilities in hotel suite were clean and spacious. Balconies were dusty and tiles were loose so unsafe. Hotel pools were nice but no ice cream or water available on deck.

Overall stay is wonderful.

Room was okay however housekeeping not brilliant. Team and complimentary items would not all be left, e,g if I was in the room there would be milk/cream however if not then only teabags. Also on checkout and check in it took too long for our bags to be taken, which meant we had to do it our self. After asking many times did the person help us put the bags in the car. Overall not a bad stay, room was comfortable and clean and the pool was nice. However communication especially during check in and check out would help. Hotel staff were very helpful when booking taxi drivers which I appreciate

While I appreciate the initial upgrade offered at check-in, my overall experience at the hotel was disappointing due to several issues during my stay.

Upon arrival, I was assigned a room where the phone was not working and the TV was also non-functional. Due to these inconveniences, I was moved to another room, which was actually a downgrade from the upgraded room I was initially given.

Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. During the night, a fire alarm went off, causing unnecessary stress and disruption. What added to the frustration was the lack of courtesy or follow-up from the hotel staff regarding the inconvenience and discomfort caused by these multiple problems.

I believe that guests should be treated with more consideration, especially when faced with such repeated disruptions. A simple gesture of acknowledgment or an apology from the hotel staff would have gone a long way in making the situation more acceptable.

I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the room maintenance and guest service standards.

It was worthy of a stay in the hotel with all modern amenities, clean and safe ambience. The lobby area has been decorated great and people can spend hours there.

Location of the Sauna was not found although it was informed to be complementary, should be more clear on signages/directions of the facilities.

Found bit expensive in the Off-Season.

Excellent experience at Levatio suite Muscat. Very clean. All staff members were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the spa in the hotel. Great breakfast as well.

Overall stay was good. Would recommend my friends and family. But need to rectify bathroom smell and swimming pool needs to be covered as many birds are coming and drinking water. Experience is good. And thank you support staff team.

I stayed at this hotel for about twenty nights, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable experiences I’ve ever had.
Everything from the location to the cleanliness and service was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back here again in the future.
