Very cozy place and the staff very professional and amicable.

The front staff and server were very efficient and friendly. Our room was well appointed with a modern bathroom.

Very clean room balcony was a plus but can’t help pigeon poop on the table and chairs

The room was clean and the shower was one of the best overhead I had ever experienced. Expedia needs to update the facilities/amenities section as they do NOT have laundry facilities for guests. I was expecting this and planned around it. Also, I read reviews that the lift is frequently not working. Guess what, on my last night it malfunctioned and I was on the fifth floor.

Staff was very helpful in accommodating us as the AC was down in our room on a hot night. Gave us a room to sleep in (w/AC) and had it fixed the next day. Nice rooms, clean and right in the heart of Pigalle. Would def stay here again.

As you exit the property, if you take a left there is a lovely street full of restaurants. If you take a right you are in easy walking distance of Blanche station which is manned and so attendants can assist you with buying a navigo ticket. Also great access to sacre coer. If you take a right out of the hotel and then left there is a supermarket market which had huge pain au chocolates. Delicious. There is a gentleman’s club opposite the hotel which is only open later in the evening and so my children never saw anything. Also along the main road which you have to walk to the stations there are a lot of XXX shops. Which didn’t bother us as our children are too young to understand, but may be a bit of a different situation if you have older children. We managed to see most of the sites and spend a day in Disney in the 3 days easily from this location. The delux suite was spacious and enough for a family of 4. Would happily stay again.

Suite (2-bedroom) hotel rooms are hard to find in Paris. SLP is a gem in that regard, and in my favorite neighborhood of Paris,

Really quite surprised at how good this place was. There was a second bedroom with fold out couch so we were able to have our own room and the kids have their own room too.
Service was fantastic. Always offering to help. Was able to provide at short notice babysitter and she was lovely.

Lovely property but not the best area for kids. The staff were wonderful annd helpful and accommodated an early check in which was very appreciated after our long flight in to Paris. The air conditioning was broke but they fixed it and the lift was broke on the day we left, which would have been hard for anyone with mobility challenges as the staircase was steep. We only stayed one night in Paris and unfortunately the neighbourhood wasn’t great with families, but it was close to the metro so we could go see the city easily, and it was very lively area for adults, but too close to the red light district for our comfort. Great for adults.

Great location if you want to explore Montmatre area. Also great dining options around the corner.
