El desayuno perfecto, y servido en mesa, nada de buffet… la ubicación inmejorable… centro Gijón, y al lado de la playa… volveré seguro…

Alojamiento muy recomendable en pleno centro
Pros:

La situación es espectacular, frente a la playa de San Lorenzo y a unos pasos de Cimadevilla y la zona del puerto. El personal es muy amable, tanto en la cafetería donde se desayuna como en la recepción. La habitación que nos tocó estaba recientemente reformada y daba a un patio interior (la tranquilidad era total). Buen tamaño de habitación, camas cómodas, buen armario, un montón de enchufes y un baño estupendo con una ducha grande y totalmente estanca y secador de toallas. Bien la limpieza. La luz no funciona con tarjeta y la verdad es que se agradece. El desayuno ya sabíamos que no era tipo bufet, pero estaba bien igualmente, con posibilidad de elegir tortilla de patata, otro tipo de huevos, tostadas con tomate y jamón, bollería, fruta, chocolate con churros, etc. Las instalaciones de salones y recepción del hotel tienen un estilo clásico, bien mantenido, que tampoco molesta lo más mínimo. Lo importante es que la habitación sea moderna y funcional y lo era.

Cons:

Siendo las camas cómodas, se estropea un poco con unas almohadas demasiado bajas. Se quedan casi planas y no estoy acostumbrado la verdad. Otra cosa es lo mal estirado que estaba siempre el gordísimo cubrecolchón que tenían las camas. Bien estirado no plantearía mayor problema, pero todo arrugado y haciendo bollos, obligaba a recolocar todo para poder dormir. El secador no es que tuviera mucha potencia.

Las habitacion está reformada con mucho gusto. Era bonita y confortable. Cama cómoda y nevera en la habitación. Ubicación de 10, cerca del centro y enfrente del mar. Totalmente recomendable.

Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit direktem Meerblick in die Bucht von Gijon (in den entsprechend gebuchten Zimmern). Frühstück wird in der Zwischensaison in der Hotelbar serviert (kein Buffett). Sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal. Keine eigenen Hotelparkplätze, aber 50m vom Hotel entfernt gibt es 1 öffentliches Parkhaus (bis 24 Stunden für 22 Euro).
