Pros:

Great location, excellent facilities (for our budget) and overall great service.
We did experience an issue with checking in on time. We were supposed to check in at 3pm, but there seems to be a problem with the room and couldn't check in until 5pm.
Considering that we had a long flight arriving in Panama City, the wait felt even worse dues to the tiredness of the traveling. We finally got a nice room, and the rest of our stay was fine, but that was a terrible beginning. Staff was friendly (most of it). We only had breakfast in its restaurant, and it was a typical buffet style.

Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing, they were so friendly. My brother proposed in the pool and they helped us with everything. The hotel and facilities were also very good.

I ultimately couldn't stay at this hotel, even though I arrived at the hotel at 7pm, they canceled my reservation at 6:30pm for no reason, and it was New Year's Eve, and they couldn't find me a new room in this hotel.
