Nichts. Auf den Photos viel schöner und neuer

Die Unterkunft hat unser Zimmer wegen Überbuchung storniert, aber erst als wir da waren , sie haben es nicht mal für nötig gehalten uns Bescheid zu geben oder bei booking.com zu stornieren. Das finde ich wirklich nicht sehr nett, ich hatte noch am selben tag eine Bestätigung des Zimmers erhalten

A bit to expensive
Pros:

The rooms are very big and spacious. The view from the pool area is very nice even tough it is only at the 14th floor. I think that actually makes it better, since it feels more like you are in the middle of all the skyscrapers instead of above them. The neighbourhood felt a bit sketchy - it looks like a slum - but after driving around for four days we realised its just how all the streets look around Obarrio and the skyscraper part of the city. There are a lot of shops and restaurants close to the Hotel, withing walking distance.

Cons:

The hotel it self is very anonymous and bland when it comes to aesthetic choices. The pool area is a bit smaller then it looks on the pictures, and the gym is very tiny. One of the nights the fire alarm was going off for almost four hours, from 22:00 to 1:30. They had various explainations as to why - a drunk man smoking in his room that they didnt know the room of - or that they simply couldnt get him to stop smoking. We didn't really buy it, it was most likely a malfunction. We had to change our plans the following day beacause if it. After complaining the following morning - and then an entire day - they gave us an actual apology and complementary breakfast.

soweit ganz gut und zweckmässig
Pros:

gute Lage, Pool mit Aussicht, leider sehr lieblos, und minimalistische Bar

Cons:

Empfang sehr unfreundlich,
Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht ohne Aufforderung (2x gebeten darum und es wurde trotzdem nicht gemacht)
Pooldeck müsste mindestens noch weitere Sonnenschirme haben

Erittäin ynseää henkilökuntaa, aamiaisella ei edes tervehditty. Yksi ainoa resoan mies oli kerrassaan loistava: hymyili ja kertoi kaikesta ystävällisesti. Aamiainen oli kehno. Yleisesti nuhjuinen hotelli.

Disappointing. Not what I expect from an AC Marriott.
Pros:

Location is great.
Staff is friendly.
Room was nice size and comfortable.
Rooftop Pool.

Cons:

1. Room was not ready when we arrived after 4:30pm - supposedly check-in started at 3pm. so we had to sit in the lobby - no apoligies or offer for a drink while we had to wait.
2. Then we went to the rooftop and ordered drinks. The bartender had to run to the main bar for glasses and then after making the drinks for some reason he could not charge it to our room or take cash or a credit card. The bartender agreed that we could pay later. Then at 10:30pm just after we had gone to bed, the bar or front desk called looking for their month - we had 3 more nights there so there was time to take care of this and calling that late is unacceptable.
3. Although we had to wait for the room, towels were dirty, shower soap dispenser was empty and there were no coffee pods.
4. The next day I asked 2x for housecleaning to service the room - did not get room service until our 3rd day.
5. Needs a good deep clean - see example phot below, grime in edges/corners of bathroom sink.
Although not a good overall experience, staff was friendly and courtious.
