Quero deixar registrado um elogio especial às recepcionistas Érica e Kátia, que fizeram toda a diferença na nossa experiência.

Desde o primeiro atendimento, foram extremamente solícitas, atenciosas e, acima de tudo, muito humanas. Meu pai é idoso e tem algumas limitações, e as duas tiveram uma paciência, um cuidado e uma delicadeza admiráveis com ele. Em nenhum momento demonstraram pressa ou impaciência, pelo contrário, fizeram questão de acolhê-lo e ajudá-lo da melhor maneira possível.

Profissionais assim merecem ser reconhecidas, porque um atendimento de excelência vai muito além de simplesmente cumprir uma função: é fazer o cliente se sentir respeitado, acolhido e bem cuidado. Érica e Kátia representam exatamente isso.

Simplesmente adorei a experiência e espero voltar em breve!

As camareiras são muito atenciosas e sempre deixam as toalhas com formatos de bichos. As copeiras e recepcionistas são muito boas também. O almoço é muito bom. O café da manhã é ok. Quartos muito bons.

Cons:

O café da manhã podia ser mais elaborado, ter pão de queijo e reposições. Chegamos às 8h e já tinha acabado alguns itens.
