Pros:

We had a heart shaped soaking tub, loved it. Very comfortable room and bed with plenty of pillows. Higher end towels.

J’ai été déçu, ce fut en deçà de mes attentes.

Le lit confortable

Cons:

La quiétude n’était malheureusement pas au rendez-vous, l’insonorisation étant insuffisante. J’ai été réveillé à plusieurs reprises par des portes qui claquaient ainsi que par le bruit de valises dans les escaliers. Ces nuisances sonores se sont poursuivies jusqu’à minuit. J’ai également été réveillé par des claquements de porte vers 3 h puis 6 h du matin.

J’espérais bénéficier d’une meilleure qualité d’insonorisation, ou à défaut d’une chambre plus adaptée, étant une personne seule, plutôt que d’être logé à proximité de familles avec enfants courant dans les corridors jusqu’à 23 h.

À titre de suggestion, il serait judicieux de loger les familles participant à des tournois au rez-de-chaussée, afin d’éviter que les autres clients aient à subir ces nuisances sonores.

La suite était très spacieuse. Le lit très confortable.
La propreté était impeccable.

Le fait qu'il y ait une petite cuisinette dans la suite est une excellente formule.
