Loved my room, it was quiet, light filled, warm, and welcoming. The lobby and breakfast area were very pleasant; nice colors, patterns, and lighting. It was an easy place to stay with my dog.

The location was perfect for us because we had a dr appointment across the street the next morning. The outside of the building looks very nice. Front desk clerks were very nice.

The room floor was dirty it looked like someone had thrown up all over the floor and no one cleaned it up. The sofa was disgusting it had spots all over it and needed cleaned badly. the ottoman was ready to be thrown out it had big spots of the upholstery had worn spots that were coming off. Shortly after we checked in a housekeeper unlocked and opened our door and just walked in. No knock or anything. The breakfast was cold the eggs were cold the ham was cold the hash browns were cold, and the French toast was cold. The cranberry juice was pink colored water.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was a decent hotel breakfast.

Cons:

Beds were “fine” - not great, but not saggy. Housekeeping only did a refresh every other day. Since we were there for Christmas, we also don’t get a room refresh that day (which makes sense!), but we needed up with one room refresh on a 5 night stay.

Overall, excellent.
Pros:

The room was wonderful but the couch shabby. We were pleased to learn they were replacing all their furniture. Everything else, just fine. The breakfast biscuits were delicious.

Cons:

Some breakfast items were a bit overcooked.
