Loved the breakfast and lobby and outdoor sitting areas. Enjoyed the fitness room and breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable, bed, sheets and linen great
Liked everything
The location comfortable beds . Easy parking . Restaurants within walking distance .The receptionist who checked me in on the 8th July .
The Breakfast organizeseation is very badly laid out .
All the plates bowels and cutlery are below the food
Food partials fall in the Drawers and contaminant the cutlery. The fridge is sitting on the floor and is not easy to access .People who are making different breakfast selection block access to all the plates and bowels . The hot water is never Hot and this is the third year at this accommodation
The receptionist when check out on the Saturday would not give my invoice which I had requested and said the the policy was not to issue a invoice as I booked with booking.com . On the Thursday 16 July I spoke with a receptionist who was very polite and helpful this is the receptionist who checked me in to the Hotel on the Wednesday 8th July and took the details on the 16th July for the invoice and said it could be received upon checkout The Saturday receptionist even after showing her my booking on booking.com it says request the invoice from the reception on departure she said that this is all wrong and it is the policy of the Hotel not to issue the invoice This left me very disappointed with the attudie of the receptionist towards my request for a Invoice .
I would not book accomadation in this hotel on account of the receptionist with such an unprofessional manner.
Location was great easy in/out. Rarely heard any road noise. Could walk to my classes.Ground floor room appreciated.
Luggage buggy not available for check-in.
Helpful front desk
Changed our room without notice and the room they changed us to had two small beds nasty smelling room
Clean decent breakfast
Noise from the bar across the street
Clean, good location
The heat pump was loud and there was no way to turn it off. It didn’t respond to lowering the thermostats or pushing the button at the unit to turn it off. I called the front desk for help, and they had no clue. Their final response was “well, maybe you can just unplug it (it was hardwired). As a result of this, we got very little sleep. It’s a shame because other than this, the room and hotel were very nice.
We did not stay here because the swimming pool was out of order. They said they would refund us in full but somehow between the both of you, we got cheated out of our money.
We did not stay here.
Clean and friendly staff
No complaints
The breakfast was decent compared to other places. The pillows were ok. Everything else was ok and modern enough.
layout of room. I was behind the elevator and had noises on and off all night. I thought someone kept knocking on my door. I think the bedside tables need to be bigger. Wish you had showers only vs tub/shower combo.
Breakfast was good, though it took staff ages to get things setup and working and even then they'd forget something and would have to be asked to fix or restock the machines. And the room was quite sizeable.
Room had really thin walls so you could hear anyone walking down the hall, whispered conversations from rooms on either side or above it and people outside the front of the hotel getting into their cars talking. Additionally, the pool was out of service for over half our stay and we had been excited to use it during though there was no mention of this prior to our arrival.
