Hotel bien place dans Agadir. Toujours une personne a l accueil pour vous aider et a l ecoute. Le chef cuisinier sait concocter de bons petits plats. Belle surprise !

Nice and cosy place
Pros:

Staff are really nice and helpful, especially waiters. Not far from the beach (15 min walk). The size of the room and huge bed (real king size!). Relaxing massage. Peaceful and cozy swimming pool area. Food is good. Interestingly, all drinks (we thought only alcohol) are not included - we had breakfast and dinner included option.
Clean beach zone, where towels are provided.

Cons:

We had a bit weird experience during one night: we had been waiting for 10-15 mins in the empty restaurant, when another couple (Caucasian) entered and were served immediately. We are an Asian couple. I was hungry and got upset, the prioritization was so obvious.

Smell in the bathroom, I think the issue with pipes.

Maybe mattress should be renewed soon, sagged middle part hurt our back.

Staff all round are great. Exceptional service,vaame with cleaners.

Cons:

The missing pool tiles both inside and around the pool which meant I could use the pool. The pool is small with not a lot of space for loungers.

A perfect stay for our multi-generational family.
Pros:

With the half board option, meals were exceptional, especially the dinners which were inspired and unique every night. Great location, value, and a boutique feel for our multi-family trip. The spa was also wonderful and all reasonably priced. We would definitely stay again. Nice roof terrace and private beach area.

Cons:

Some of the decor is showing signs of age, but this is a very minor gripe. Some further refurbishment would make this perfect. Also, there is no lift which was slightly inconvenient for our elderly parents.

Super mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel, lekker avondeten en goede bedden.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was tot 10.00 uur, wij kwamen om half 10 toen waren alle bakken bij het buffet zo goed als leeg dus weinig keus meer.

Maravilhoso! Voltaríamos sem dúvidas
Pros:

Sem dúvidas o pessoal que trabalha lá é incrível! A piscina e o restaurante são o ponto alto! A comida e o atendimento são maravilhosos. A massagem também tem preço justo e é maravilhosa!

Cons:

O rapaz que oferece os passeios - eles são extremamente caros e ele é bem grosso.
