Fantastic hotel

Superbe établissement de construction récente, propreté irréprochable, un buffet de petit-déjeuner complet, copieux, bien présenté. De très beaux sanitaires bien entretenus, bref, difficile de trouver un reproche.

Buena ubicación, serca de restaurante etc , lo malo son las almohadas muy viejas con bolas, el aire acondicionado es un pequeño aaparato que aveces no da la suficiente ventilación

Swimming pool area is great, and well maintained. The breakfast is also really good

If you like dirty hall ways, stinky bathrooms, horrible carpets combined with uncomfortable beds, small rooms, loud useless air con, disgusting breakfast and noisy hotels then this is the place for you.
That hotel is one star at best.

Le séjour c’est bien passé en général. Concernant la chambre elle avait une super vue (directement sur la mer) par contre le climatiseur était collé au lit (bruit incroyable) et la chambre était très très très petite pour deux.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in agosto con formula pernottamento e colazione. L'hotel è un po' datato e non possiede l'ascensore. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile (abbiamo fatto il check out alle 4 di notte e in pochissimo tempo hanno controllato la camera prima di ridarci la caparra cauzionale). La colazione era molto essenziale. La camera era dotata di pinguino aria condizionata (relativamente silenzioso). Gli asciugamani sono stati sostituiti giornalmente se lasciati a terra. La moquette blu della camera aveva macchie di ogni tipo e in una settimana di permanenza l'aspirapolvere è stato passato una sola volta. L'hotel però é in una posizione comoda a tutto e leggermente fuori dalla confusione del centro città.

när jag bokade rummet så bokade jag fel natt, bad om att få byta dag och det var inga som helst problem och deras bemötande var otroligt fint. Hotellet ligger så centralt det bara går och precis nedanför ligger det en strand. Rekommenderas varmt!

Well I stayed at the hotel because there was an special event( Fresh Island Festival) 2 miles away on the beach and I wanted somewhere close. This was perfect area. I love that the beach was outside my door and all the restaurants were a 2 minute walk..The staff was A+ and the breakfast was also A+ ...the only small issue was the way the locks worked on the doors. ..I have already booked for next year

Proche plage, bien situé dans la ville, grand parking accessible , piscine cobtrerement à tous les autres.

Das Personal war nicht gerade freundlich, das Frühstück war nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Teller waren überwiegend schmutzig, genau wie die Gläser und Tassen. Wurst war am Rand angetrocknet, obwohl das Buffet erst eröffnet wurde. Oft war vieles leer und es hat lange gedauert bis es aufgefüllt wurde. Das positive war, man konnte draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken, somit wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Lage des hotels ist super (Einkaufen, Bars, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle...) direkt in der Nähe. Parkplatz war auch okay nur umständlich zu finden (man muss durch die Strand Promenade fahren um hinzugelangen). Das Zimmer hatte eine funktionierende Klima Anlage, doch das Bad hat total gestunken und wurde nicht gemäß gereinigt. Es gab keinen Föhn und die Seife im Bad war schon benutzt. Handtücher wurden nicht immer gewechselt und einmal wurde unser voller Müllbeutel einfach im Zimmer gelassen. Im großen und ganzen auszuhalten aber nur wenn man sich so wenig wie möglich im Zimmer aufhält. (Wie das im Urlaub meistens ist) zum Schlafen hat es gereicht.

Worst hotel I have ever been in my life. The rooms are just nasty . Bathrooms light was gone and they never came to fix it. I complained 4 time and I lived there 3 weeks.

They never clean the rooms. You must go to the reception and tell them to do it. Even then they never came.

Actually the problem is that the hotel is owned by the government and they don't want to invest in it. The government has been trying to sell it for years. I talked to an employee.

The only good thing is the location of it. Best location in the town.

Also das war das schlimmste Hotel allerzeiten! mussten nach 2 Tagen wieder auschecken weil wir es nicht ausgehalten haben! Katastrophe!! schlimmes personal, alles dreckig und kapuutt... w lan funktioniert nicht, keine klimaanlagge , keien hygiene artikel wie WC papier oder seife.... schlimm schlimm schlimm

Худший отель в личном антирейтинге. При регистрации над зоной ресепшн по потолку пробежала крыса, размером с кошку. В номере кондиционера нет, только вентилятор. Неимоверная духота. На завтрак есть нечего. В бассейне стоят металлические стулья, под ногами битые стаканы и бутылки, купаться опасно. Отель абсолютно не стоит своих денег.

This place was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my three week trip throughout Europe. We booked this hotel to attend Sonus music festival, and we're given a 9am check-in time by the hotel. I printed out my emails with my confirmation and all my bookings for all my hotels on this trip. We get there around 11am and are told we can't check-in until 2pm, that the booking was incorrect, and that I should just go to the pool bar for free drinks for the inconvenience. This was not what we wanted! We wanted our room to be available and it wasn't.

We get our room and the A/C unit doesn't work, none of the outlets in the hotel room work at all so none of us could charge our iphones, Ipads, laptops, NOTHING. Lastly, the toilet whenever we flushed it the water CAME OUT of the toilet. I complained to the front desk girl who was the same the entire trip (brunette girl with glasses who was super rude and unfriendly to me and my friends the entire time we were there) and NOT ONCE did she send anyone to the room to fix any of our issues.

Don't be fooled by the pictures of this hotel. It was absolutely horrible, had no customer service, and they wouldn't even advise us on good restaurants or things to do around Novalja. DO NOT STAY HERE. I've traveled all over the world and stayed in some of the dirtiest hotels and hostels, but the service combined with the horrible accomodations made this the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Many con's to a single pro.

Pro:
- Good location on the beach and a short walk from town

Con:
- Arrived at 2pm as per check in. The room was not ready as they had not started to clean it yet and we were asked to come back in 45mins. Came back in an hour, and room was still not ready, waited another 15 minutes before the room was finished and accessible.
- After finally having access to our room, we found (because of the smell) dried vomit on the bottom of the bathroom sink. We were heading out for a few hours, and stopped by reception to let them know, and ask them to send someone to clean it while we were out, they had our permission to enter our room. Returned a few hours later in the early evening, and it had not been attended too, so we had to clean it ourselves. Language was not a barrier as my partner speaks Croation, so they clearly understood what was going on.
- Whilst the room does have AC, TV and a fridge, all three items only have access to the one single outlet power point, which means you can only operate one thing at a time.
- Hot water was a luxury, it took about 15 minutes for the shower to reach a luke warm temperature.
- Room had patched holes in the wall and random stickers left on the walls from other guest. Hotel photos were not reflective of the room quality.
- One of the swimming pools was a brown colour and was being hand bailed and was unusuable
