Nobila Airport Hotel

Their staff does care about the customer. We only stayed for few hours because my flight came at 4:00 AM and I didn't want to be outside in the night.

The wifi is poor and unreliable.

Riz d’hier est servi comme petit déjeuner! Je n’arrive pas à croire que le riz d’hier nous est servi le matin quand nous attendons notre café, teas and croissants.

Great place

This was my first time visiting Benin. And I have to say it was an amazing experience. Everything was beautiful. The rooms were clean. I didn't see one bug the whole time I was there. I was there for over a week. I'm coming back next year and will definitely stay here again. Im telling all my friends and family about this hotel and the experience that I had it was excellent. Best experience than I've ever had in the US

Very nice hotel very close to the airport and near the main restaurant district of Haie Vive. Rooms are nice and very modern. The staff are friendly and helpful and some speak English. The restaurant is good and the airport shuttle is convenient.

i booked this hotel because it was rated 4 stars and it was close to the airport. I must confess I didn’t spend time in actually reading the reviews here and on Google, I just booked based on ratings. To the issue:
I arrived really late, I had already called to set up an airport pickup (a plus) when I got out the driver was not at the vehicle and but had the vehicle running, my flight arrived 1hr late so this can be excused. Arrived at the hotel and was taken to my room, first look wasn’t impressive, the furnitures look really old compared to the pics posted. Getting ready to lay on the bed, I noticed a black stain on the duvet cover, and the bedsheet was torn in 2 spots 😟. I requested for everything to be changed. I only planned to stay for 2 nights so switch hotels at midnight wouldn’t be a smart decision for me. I went for breakfast and it was quite disappointing as well, spoke to another guest who expressed his distaste towards the breakfast options. The staffs are not knowledgeable about their area, asked them questions and they all usually look confused. The internet was TERRIBLE 😭, I complained so they brought a router to my room which made the stay enjoyable. The shower couldn’t give hot water, it was regular temp at best. The hotel is close to a night club so on Friday night, I could hear vibrations or bass from the music. It wasn’t overwhelming, I could sleep with the sound.

I love they have a money exchange, spa and African decor in the hotel.

The only problem I have is that most of the staff they speak English

Hot water availability is limited. Temperature is low. In addition, water pressure is low, too.

Good food and good customer care

Great customer service. Room is acceptable but can use some finishing touch. The Restaurant on the premises is Great with a variety of delicious food.
