Disgusting and unsafe, just don't book here
Pros:

Just don't ever book here. $168 for the night. Dirty and dangerous. No heating. Bed sheets not clean. Bathroom disgusting. Door would not lock. No shower screen. Broken toliet bowl and peeling seat. Exhaust fan caked in dust. Bathroom floor sticky and dirty. Mirror cracked from top to bottom with toothpaste splaters. Walls fiflthy. Door had a huge open gap. No blanket and heating not working. Contacted management who have not responded. Truly the most appalling waste of money.

Pros:

A very well located hotel with very friendly staff and great accommodation. The bed was very comfortable with a good sized bathroom. Only a short walk to the historic Dubbo Gaol and quite close to the train station. I was there on a Thursday night and the live entertainment was quite good and the pool competition quite competitive.

Friendly people

Cons:

The music was way too loud. Even on the second floor it kept me awake. I think it finished about 130am! There were insufficient plugs to boil water and keep the fridge running. Not enough easy access points for charging phones etc. The lighting in the room was appalling. I had to use my phone to read by! The air con didn't work and the blanket the nice staff member have me was inadequate. I had to sleep in my clothes to stay warm.

- points: run down rooms and bathrooms, old dirty looking carpets, leaking shower heads, doors of the rooms are flimsy and dont evoke any safety.
