Not worth for money
Pros:

Washroom not good . Toilet flush and water gun was not working, when asked for change of room they just sent the technician for repair since the day I traveled. No action taken on the washroom which is the first priority and multiple times need to explain the same issue with other staffs working around . team not updated with the issue faced and sending technician to repair for the toilet flush not working.

Not maintained or room was not checked before the handover

Worst stay .. very bad hospitality
Pros:

V dint get any breakfast also im very upset .. such a big hotel no hospitality.. poor staff management.. no one to help with luggage and guidance to room v had to search our room ourselves.. worst ever experience..

Cons:

I’m a frequent traveller .. this s the worst ever experience.. travelled with senior citizens and no staff to arrange for our luggage or guide us to d room .. v had to do al circus ourselves.. it was horrible..

Het personeel: zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

Mijn eerste kamer, nr. 1011, had een onaangename geur, waarschijnlijk door waterlekkage na het laatste regenseizoen, zei een technician tegen mij. Ik werd verhuisd naar een kamer, nr. 1027, zonder zo'n geur.

When I realized I would be arriving a little later than expected, I tried contacting the facility manager as well as the number provided, but no one answered my calls. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of response, as it caused unnecessary inconvenience.

Great stay, I would definitely recommend
Pros:

Excellent staff. Very helpful people. The breakfast was amazing too. Comfortable rooms albeit small. Excellent if you’re in Chennai for business. And it’s in close proximity to many other facilities.

Cons:

I did not like the extra door in the room.
