Es war wie erwartet und beschrieben. Bad war groß und sauber

Cons:

Föhn sehr wenig Power.
Parken sehr teuer für die Lage und keine Reservierung möglich.
Frühstück war wenig Auswahl, kein richtiger Saft nur Zuckerwasser mit Geschmack, Kaffee nicht besonders und nichts frisches (Obst z.B.)
Beim Duschen wird der Boden vor dem Waschbecken total nass.

Sehr gutes Preis-Verhältnis mit Abstrichen bei der Sauberkeit und des Service
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt neben einer Bushaltestelle, somit ist die Anbindung super, direkt über die Straße ist ein Supermarkt (ALDI Süd). Der Preis war für München echt sehr günstig und deswegen wurde es gebucht. Frühstück wurde nicht dazugebucht. Vor dem Check-in konnte man das Gepäck abgeben auch klarer Pluspunkt, wenn man vor dem Check-in ankommt.

Cons:

Leider war ich vom Service und von der Sauberkeit nicht begeistert. Es fing beim Einchecken an, da war es der Frau an der Rezeption wichtiger dem anderen Kollegen zu helfen, obwohl sie mir nur noch eine Frage beantworten musste.
Dann war ich im Zimmer, leider direkt im Bad sind mir die größeren Schimmelspuren in der Dusche aufgefallen. In den Fugen an der Wand, am Boden und auch am Brausekopf bzw. Stange. Auf dem Bett und ich auch anderen Bereichen habe ich leider längere Haare gefunden, die entweder vom Reinigungspersonal oder von dem/der Vorgänger sind. Am nächsten Morgen erstmal den Föhn verwendet, dieser war total verklebt und ich konnte ihn leider so nicht verwenden. Habe es an der Rezeption mitgeteilt und mir wurde gesagt, er wird ausgetauscht (scheint ein Problem gewesen sein, dass häufiger vorkommt bei dem "günstigen" Plastik des Föhn). Am Abend war ich wieder auf dem Zimmer und entweder mir wurde der gleiche Föhn wieder gegeben oder ein anderer "verdreckter" Föhn gegeben. Bei dem Plastik des Griff konnte man den Talg abkratzen, was meiner Meinung nach nur eine einfache Reinigung gewesen wäre.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Der Preis auch.

Cons:

Wir kamen um 23 Uhr mit unserer Karte nicht mehr ins Zimmer. Der Herr an der Hotline konnte uns nicht helfen. ZUFÄLLIG kam ein Security Mitarbeiter vorbei und hat sich bemüht. Über eine Stunde hat das ganze gedauert, bis wir in unser Zimmer kamen.
Es ist eine Unverschämtheit, dass Sie nicht mal einen Nachtportier oder einen Notdienst haben. Gerne hätten wir dafür eine Gutschrift vom Hotel.

Cons:

The facility poor: only one very flat pillow per person, room a little small, no where to put the clothes and towel in a dry spot in the bathroom. But for this price, nothing really to complain about.
