Didn't spend long there so don't have loads to say, but the room was excellent - very comfortable and stylish. And the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely look at it again next time i'm in Istanbul.

You have to climb 2 levels to reach reception, checked out immediately andcould not stay at the hotel. Staff do not speak english. Cars can not reach the hotel. Breakfast iis at the entrance of the hotel. Everthing there was terrible

Otelin olumlu tarafları;tarihi bir binada,sessiz,sakin ve ulaşımı rahat.Kapıdan çıktığınızda İstiklal caddesindesiniz.Odada french makinesi ve filtre kahve bulunuyor.Kahve sevenler için gayet memnun edici.Olumsuz yönlere gelirsek,minibarla ilgili herhangi bir fiyat listesi yok. Şarap bulunmasına rağmen tirbüşon, şişe içeçekler için açacak bulunmuyor.Sanırım görsellik önemsenmiş.duşta sıcak su problemi var,soğuk günlerde sıkıntı olabilir.Kahvaltıyı sorduğumuzda pazar günü brunch olduğu dilersek faydalanabileceğimiz söylendi.Pazar sabahı ücretli olduğu söylendi,bunun üzerine alt kattaki cafe'de kahvaltı yaptık.Saat 11:40'ta oturmamıza rağmen kahvaltımız saat 12:15'te geldi.Kahvaltıda içeçek seçeneklerini sorduğumuzda çay ya da kahve seçenekleri olduğu söylendi.Kahvaltıyı beklerken eşim hiç olmazsa bir meyve suyu istedi,fakat sıkma portakal suyu olduğu için onu da beklememiz söylendi.Ücretini verecektik.Kahvaltıda kruvasan yazıyordu.eşim söyleyince getirildi.Kahvaltıdan sonra çıkarken diğer çalışan arkadaşın portakal suyu hazırladığını gördük,otel müşterisi olduğu için sanırım pek önemsenmiyoruz.Çalışan arkadaşların işlerini pek severek yaptıklarını düşünmüyorum.Keşke eski Beyoğlu'nu yansıtan binanız kadar çalışanlarınızda da aynı kalitede hizmet verebilselerdi.Yorumlara bakıp hevesle tercih edip konakladığımız oteliniz bizim için büyük hayal kırıklığı oldu.

On arrival, staff was kind enough to help us take our luggage from the street to the hotel (The hotel is not accessible by car, there s a short uphill walk to get there+2 flights of stairs before reaching elevator); however, was a little put off by the general appearance of the staff as I was not sure if they were staff or thieves really, I felt like would be appreciated if they wore a hotel staff badge at the least. The room was nice, the AC could have been stronger, the water pressure was OK. Disappointing that the tiny shampoo, body wash etc were not refilled/replaced over 4 nights there until we specifically asked for it and even then no body wash. Safe malfunctioned too, staff attempted repair and failed, they promised to fix/replace in the morning and did not.Otherwise, staff is kind, they speak English and are helpful. Breakfast was great. Location was good too. Enjoy, hotel was not horrible but definitely not "superb" as ratings suggested.

I stayed at Ravouna 1906 for a week. One of my best hotel experiences. First, you do not feel like you are in a hotel, but in a large home. The building is over 110 years old and tastefully renovated. Only eight rooms. Cafe downstairs offers snacks and restaurant fare, and rooftop restaurant has one of the best views of Istanbul. The breakfast (included in room rate) is superb. Staff is very friendly and helpful and they make you feel at home. Hotel is very close to Metro and, if you do not have too much luggage, you can get to the hotel from the airport using the Metro. Far better than taking a cab, as Istanbul traffic is horrendous, despite all the new roads that have been built in recent years. In fact, I recommend you take the Metro in Istanbul wherever you go.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with space to relax, ample space to do work, very fast internet connection, very elegant bathrooms, well-functioning air conditioning (Istanbul is very humid). Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Small refrigerator in room. Staff provides all amenities.

Hotel is on Istiklal Street, which is open (from Tünel to Taksim) only to pedestrians during the day. You can get out of the hotel and walk comfortably without fear of cars. Also, very safe neighborhood that is full of other hotels and restaurants.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. I would stay there again. I hate big businessperson hotels. Ravouna 1906 is a authentic as they get.

the hotel is calm despite being on Istiqlal road. great location with an attached beautiful coffee. the rooms are spacious, clean and newly rennovated. The staff are polite helpful but spoke bad english. All in all I would go there again. great value for money

Excellent boutique hotel with very convenient location, and nicely decorated rooms with very unique style. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff, great food and delicious coffee.

Excellent Hotel, very convenient location. Great avenue close to metro, shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries. Lively street.
Breakfast was one of the best. Great food, very tasty. No time limitation. Eat whatever you want to eat.
The coffee was delicious, the pastries are incredible, cocktails and food are amazing.
