Pros:

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was lovely and welcoming and lit a fire in the reception to make it warm and relaxing. Recommend this for anyone wanting a quiet stay.

Nowhere to plug in kettle except on the floor (side table was wobbly so dangerous to put kettle on.)
No usb charge point
No utensils for us to make our own basic breakfast.

It is a gorgeous boutique hotel. We’d love to return.

We did have an issue with the wifi, but the staff we communicated with did everything she could to sort it out quickly. We really appreciated her help.

Pros:

12 on Albert was beautifully appointed. The entrance area, lit fire and sumptuous seating was so inviting. The room was so comfy, warm and clean.

Located a bit out of town but lovely property and very good facilities

Cons:

It would be nice to be greeted by manager/owner rather than being sent information to get yourself to your room…no opportunity to ask questions or just have a general chat about the area

Well presented comfortable clean accomodation at an excellent price
Pros:

The common area was excellently furnished and a comfortable area to relax. On our return from dinner there was a roaring fire to sit in front of and read a book

Well presented
Pros:

Nice and quiet close to town and well presented room plus undercover parking.

Cons:

No where to sit in the room together and no table. No heat lamps in bathroom so it was extremely cold.
