At our hotel, four-legged friends are very welcome! To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that dogs do not enter the restaurant during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, nor the terrace or the pool area. However, they are most welcome in our garden, where they can enjoy relaxing moments by your side.

Tolles Luxushotel am Lago Maggiore mit antiquiertem Charme

Der gigantisch große Balkon und die tolle Aussicht auf Ascona und den See

Cons:

Uns negativ aufgestoßen ist die Tatsache, daß unsere Betten während unserer 4 Übernachtungen kein einziges Mal mit frischen Laken bezogen wurde. Ich halte das für unhygienisch. Weiteres Manko ist die fehlende Klimaanlage im zweiten Schlafzimmer ("Kinderzimmer"). Nur das große Elternschlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Außerdem fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, was heute eigentlich Standard ist in Hotels.

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück mit einer schönes Aussicht über Ascona. Der Pool ist sehr schön und es gibt genügend Liegen. Die Zimmer verfügen über Klima, was im Sommer sehr gut ist.

Pros:

Nice place good breakfast
Great breakfast staff
Except when it's 35 degrees maybe you can let them wear Bermuda shorts instead of black and white suits.

Perfekt, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir haben ohne Aufpreis ein besseres Zimmer bekommen.
Die Lage ist traumhaft.
Das Essen war herrlich.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt; es hat uns sehr gefallen; gerne wieder 😊

Angenehme und ruhige Atmosphäre; freundliches und aufmerksames Personal; ansprechende, gemütliche Garten-/Poolanlage; superschöne Aussicht; gute Gehdistanz zur Seepromenade; schönes, sauberes Zimmer; Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl; genügend Parkplätze bei der Unterkunft

Cons:

Wir sind zwar meistens die Treppen runter- und raufgelaufen, es ist und trotzdem aufgefallen, dass die Lifte recht langsam unterwegs waren 😉

Es ist grundsätzlich ein schöner Ort - ein Einzelzimmer würde ich auf keinen Fall mehr buchen - bzw. nur im Winter 😉

Cons:

Ich hatte ein klimatisiertes Zimmer erwartet. Es hatte ausschliesslich einen Fust Ventilator - der kaum nützlich war. Das kleine Zimmer blieb während 6 Nächten ( in denen es draussen heiss war) extrem warm. Es hatte Essensreste ( Chips) von Vorgänger noch im Zimmer. Für die letzten zwei Nächte konnte ich in ein Doppelzimmer mit Klimaanlage wechseln. Das war gut. Auch dort standen jedoch die dreckigen Gläser der Vorgänger noch im Zimmer und Balkon herum. Das Reinigungspersonal scheint zu wenig Zeit zu haben …
