At our hotel, four-legged friends are very welcome! To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that dogs do not enter the restaurant during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, nor the terrace or the pool area. However, they are most welcome in our garden, where they can enjoy relaxing moments by your side.

Das Zimmer war gross, zweckmässig möbliert, sauber und hatte eine fantastische Aussicht. Es gab einen schönen Balkon auf dem wir gesessen sind, etwas gegessen und die Aussicht genossen haben. Die Betten waren gut und im Kasten gab es ein Extrakissen. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück fand auf einer sonnigen Terrasse mit Sonnenstoren und und der gleichen grossartigen Aussicht statt. Die Auswahl der Speisen und der Service waren vorzüglich. Wir haben es sehr genossen und sind lange sitzen geblieben.
Das Badezimmer war gut. Die Douche war in einer grossen Badewanne. Trotzdem hätten wir eine normale Douche mit ebenerdigem Zutritt bevorzugt.
Das Frühstück war perfekt – man kann so schön draußen sitzen und den wunderschönen Ausblick genießen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer mit Seeblick sind einfach toll. Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade erhalten, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben – es war einfach großartig!
Auch der Zimmerservice hat hervorragend funktioniert: Die Eiswürfel waren innerhalb weniger Minuten da. Die Ausstattung ist super, und es gibt sogar eine Bar am Pool sowie eine Umkleidemöglichkeit.
Die Lage ist etwas erhöht, aber man ist innerhalb von fünf Minuten im Zentrum. Dafür liegt das Hotel sehr ruhig und man kann die schöne Aussicht genießen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr freundliches Personal, top Lage
Man merkt, dass es ein altes Hotel ist. Jedoch wurden viel bereits modernisiert! Wir kommen wider! War super!
Nice view, very nice, spacious room. Very friendly staff at the reception!
Breakfast buffet was constantly empty, the waiters at the breakfast were not very friendly, very high price for it was offering.

Fantastische Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet (war im Preis inbegriffen), genügend kostenlose Parkplätze.
Leider hat das Hotel nicht mehr den sehr gehobenen 4Sterne Standard wie früher.
Es sind aber nur Details. Riss in der Weste des Kelners. Spinnennester am Fenster auf der Terasse, teilweise sehr abgenutztes Inventar.
