At our hotel, four-legged friends are very welcome! To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that dogs do not enter the restaurant during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, nor the terrace or the pool area. However, they are most welcome in our garden, where they can enjoy relaxing moments by your side.

Nachhaltiger Urlaub
Pros:

Die leicht erhöhte Lage bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf Ascona und den See. Die Terrasse und die Gartenanlage ist einladend.

Cons:

Der Pool und auch der Wellnessbereich sind in die Jahre gekommen, besonders die blauen Fliesen im Pool.

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal
Pros:

Lage und das umfangreiche Frühstück auf der Terasse. Sehr schönes Schwimmbad und Platz mit Liegen. Jeden Tag frische Handtücher und Bademantel für den Pool und extra Handtücher für den Pool. Sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Bad Ausstattung ist so ein bisschen vergangene Pracht. Sehr hoher Badewannen Einstieg. Nett gedacht: Obstteller im Zimmer zur Begrüßung, aber Bananen bereits dunkel, Trauben sehr bitter.

Un séjour de rêve
Pros:

2 mini séjours d'une nuit, surclassé à chaque fois. Merci ! Très bon petit déjeuner avec vue sur le lac, réception très accueillant, 4 parkings, belle piscine vue montagne, produits d'accueil.

Cons:

Rien. Peut-être juste quelques plats principaux en plus au restaurant pour clients "petits budget", qui peuvent profiter du grand luxe grâce à certains sites ...

Das Bad mit alten Sanitäreinrichtungen.
Die Sauna sehr klein und der Vorraum überhaupt nicht ansprechend . Das Schwimmbad ist auch

Die Lage hoch über Ascona war sehr schön.

Cons:

Kein Willkommensapero beim Einchecken, die Liegen am Pool waren anzshlmäsdig beschränkt, eine Liege von uns hatte einen Deffekt, so dass sie zusammenbrach, wenig Privatsphäre am Pool, sehr laut mit Kindern.
Unsere Zimmertüre klemmte, der Türrahmen war verzogen.
Shuttleservice des Hotels bis nach Ascona war um 16h beendet, fanden auch andere nicht ideal.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war schön, uns hat aber ein Service mit individuell wählbaren Eierspeisem gefehlt, ebenso ein Prosecco, diesen musste man auf eigene Rechnung bestellen. Bei der Abreide gab es auch kein Abschlussgruss (in vielen Hoteks gibt es etwa eine Konfitüre, Salz oder ein Mineralwasser für auf die Heimreise.

Ein Traum von einem Hotel nur schlafen ist eine Zumutung.
Pros:

Super Lage und ganz liebevolles Personal. Das Frühstück ist super lecker. Der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft und in einpaar Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt.
Bequeme Betten und traumhaft großer Balkon.

Cons:

Ich weiß nicht wer so was einbaut?
Das ganze Hotel hat nur Zimmer mit Seeblick. Sprich die Rückseite ist völlig unbewohnt. Warum baut man da einen riesengroßen Klimaanlagenkompressor direkt auf einen Gästebalkon auf der Seeseite an? Zumal es dort am wärmsten ist.

Fazit ...schlafen bei offenen Fenster geht gar nicht. Also bleibt nur die Klimaanlagenluft und dröhnen tut es trotzdem Tagsüber auf dem Balkon ist eine Zumutung so dröhnt es.
