Good hotel opposite train station
Pros:

Size of room, location to train station, fridge in room. Room was very clean. Nice staff on reception.

Cons:

Pillows were atrociously soft and understuffed. We were there in the June heatwave and room was terribly hot especially first thing in the morning which meant the bathroom was very bright and stuffy as was the room when you opened the curtained. Too loud outside to open windows.

Zentrales Zimmer mit Fahrradgarage
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen Fahrradabstellraum in der Tiefgarage. Trotz der bahnhofsnahen Lage war es im Zimmer sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war entgegen der Zusage des Hotels erst um 15:30 Uhr frei. In der Dusch-Badewanne konnte man wegen der niedrigen Zimmerdecke kaum stehen.

Pros:

Gute Lage, gegenüber vom Bahnhof, wenige Gehminuten zum Stachus und zum Augustiner Keller (Arnulfstraße)

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage(wussten wir zwar vorher) nur ein "Miefquirl" an der Decke. Es war ein extrem heißer Tag, nachts keine Abkühlung, deshalb wenig Schlaf. Fenster öffnen keine Option, da sehr laut von den Umliegenden Kneipen, bzw. Straßenlärm.
Das Bad ist geräumig aber wie das Zimmer auch, sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
