Bad very disappointing.
Pros:

Really didnt like much. Breakfast was ok. Location was good. This was a last minute booking and didnt check much into the reviews and details.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the hotel was the service and attitude I got from TRE I was not aware that I needed to register my puppy at hotel. I always take my puppy with me everywhere and never have I had to register and signed forms. I was out to dinner with my family and I get a call from TRE that there was complains of my puppy barking. Every dog barks when they hear noises. Anyways. I had to leave my family dinner because TRE insisted that I had to go back to hotel and fill out registration forms and pay. Don’t understand why I had to leave if she had already charged me 250 dollars instead of the 75 dollars for dog fee. This is ridiculous a 250 dollar charge for not reporting I had a pet with me. This is the first time I pay that much. Other places I only pay from 30-35 dollars per stay. Definitely was NOT satisfied with the service there.

Worn out, needs maintenance
Pros:

Not sure why this place has the rating it does. On entering the suite I was first assigned I found 3 things that were completely broken. I’ll give them 3 stars because I was moved to a different suite. But this place is worn out. Whatever the initial outlay costs were when it was built have returned their maximum value and it’s in desperate need of a refresh.

The biggest problem I have with it though is charging for parking. There’s just a huge parking lot shared with nearby restaurants. It’s not secure and isn’t even divided off in any visible way. This is just a blatant cash grab and it’s disgusting. Just park closer to the restaurants and tell them you came by Uber. Your care won’t be any less secure.

Staff was great but there was one that went above and beyond and he made our stay from the moment we got there to the day we checked out so amazing he always had a big warm smile so welcoming and helpful

How the rooms were set up. The bedrooms so comfortable.
The breakfast was top.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. My room the tv wasn’t working the way I wanted it. I couldn’t connect my phone to the tv on my 2 stays. That was a bit disappointing.

Pros:

Escolhi o hotel porque tinha uma pequena cozinha e geladeira grande. Como fiquei por 14 dias era interessante para fazer algumas refeições no hotel.

Cons:

A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O quarto chegou a ficar 4 dias sem limpeza e acúmulo de lixo. O carpete era sujo e o quarto escuro.
O café da manhã é razoável porém não há reposição. Dependendo do horário que chegar quase tudo acabou.
O colchão também não era bom. Muito velho e com áreas afundadas.
