L’accueil à notre arrivée était parfait! La commis était sympathique et très courtoise.

Les repas et la qualité du service nous a vraiment déçu. Le personnel du restaurant manque définitivement de formation. Aucune connaissance du menu.

Chambre ok, mais sans plus. Pour le prix, Experience décevante

Le service était très bien, accueillant et chaleureux. L'environnement est très agréable. Ils accomodent bien les clients avec leurs installations. (Piscine, spa, patinoire sur le lac et sentiers). Ce qui nous a réellement déçu est notre chambre. Elle était petite, sans vue (Un bâtiment de rangement) et bruyante. Il y avait sur le mur extérieur adjacent à notre chambre 2 énormes ventilateurs qui faisaient du bruit. L'insonorisation laissait à désirer, on entendait les clients au 2ieme étage au- dessus de nous. De plus, la salle de bain était très ordinaire, standard. La chambre était à 225.00 et on s'attendait definitivement à plus comparativement à ce que l'on a connu ailleurs. Voilà!

We chose this place completely randomly, but it was a very nice surprise! The staff was excellent, and this family-run facility is top-notch. Free boat rides with a family member, great hot tubs/sauna, beautiful, comfortable suite. We had to get our clothes laundered after staying in a stink hole cabin, and they took care of our disaster in just a few hours. Very French, but they found English-speakers when they were needed.

Pleasant stay!
Pros:

We had an overall pleasant stay. Rooms (across from main building) was just ok for the price we paid. Had we had the meals included it would have been much more reasonable. Nice restaurant and good food both buffet and a la carte (wine pairing option à la carte was very nice). Nice lake view and cute spa. I had a very nice massage and lots of cute relaxation rooms. We would go back but will try to have the meals included in prices next time.
